I guess at the forefront was being reminded by Jay how much attention he pays to detail. I just didn't see that in many aspects of our project, plumbing being a main issue. Other issues include the quality of cabinets installed in our bathroom, the quality of flooring and drywall as well. The gentlemen he hired to spackle and cover nail and screws didn't do a very good job. Multiple nail and screw pops. Overpriced for demolition and removal of a small room as well.

This company owns a number of parking lots in the Lehigh Valley (Allentown, Easton Pennsylvania area). They charge for parking and then have people towed when they forget to put the required hang tag in the lot. We're talking about a small lot (maybe 15 cars) and the owner of the lot doesn't have the common courtesy to ask if a car parked in one of our spots belongs to my company. We're in the same building! They just have cars towed and we then have to pay upwards of $300 to get cars out of impound after having already paid rent for the parking spaces. Has anyone else experienced unprofessionalism when doing business with this company?
