Hi,I don't know exactly when Mr [redacted] submitted his complaint, but I sent three emails to him on the 22nd and 23rd of this month, as well as emails in November and October (and earlier) last year A payment on this account was sent to Mr [redacted] on the 23rd-24th (not positive when it went to the post office), so that should reach him within another day or soFurther payments will be sent and I am trying to get caught up and get this commitment finishedI do not dispute that the amount is due or that they have been delays in the payment; it has been a very challenging time However, I am trying to get it paid off as quickly as possible.Thank you.Jay S***
