I had a great experience with Jay's Auto transportI had initially contracted with another carrier (directly with the truck guys) to ship my car from CA to IAUnfortunately, that truck broke down and I had to look aroundI had Jay's quote earlier and reached out to himHe was honest up front to state that he is a broker and that his prices are not inflated compared to other carriersIn fact his quote was the same as the one that I had with the direct truck guys with whom I had signed up for
He also told us that with the 650/ quote there is a chance that some of the truck drivers might passI asked him what would be the chances if I upped it to He said that with $it has a far greater chance of getting picked upSo we decided for $and sure enough, we got contacted the same day by a driver and the car was picked up the next dayIt reached the destination a day earlier than what the driver had said so I was obviously impressed
My only gripe, With 20plus years in the business, I think he could have influenced the drivers to take our original $quote :-)
I will surely not hesitate to use his services again were I to need one in the futureI also definitely recommend himGreat work JayKeep up the good work
***'s Auto Transport, Incis one of the most unethical businesses with which I have ever dealt *** made a host of commitments about transporting my son's car from California to Colorado He reneged on the price, and then reneged on his ability to get the car delivered When questioned about his commitments he began screaming and was obscene, vulgar, threatening and punitive His conduct made me believe that he is bipolar or under the influence of some substance that one should avoid This is a man and a business that should be avoided at all costs
Had a great experience using jayHe beat all the prices I could findThe car got here faster than the moving truckI instantly got quotedHe is also super friendly and easy to work withWould definitely recommend him to anyone and I will use him again in my future endeavors

'I'll give you $off next time'As if I would ever use you again *** - if you want your reviews to be positive, start working with more reputable companies
Contacted on June 11th with pickup scheduled between the 28th and July 1stMy cars WERE NOT scheduled OR picked up as planned
I called to ensure all was well on the 28th and was ensured that I'd get a call hours before pickup only to be let down on the 30th when there was no callAfter contacting *** I was informed per the contract he had up to days after the stated dates to pickup my cars
Excuses and defense but no refund, however, he'd issue me a creditLOL
This was a major inconvenience resulting in me scrambling at the last minute to find an alternative to get my cars shipped before my departure on July 4th
