The Owner of this company *** *** is the most unprofessional, obnoxious business person I have ever met I purchased granite, new sink for both my master bath and the guest bath, the master sink was installed with deep scratches and the granite in guest bath was damaged and the workers tried to repair without telling me and continued to install, I noticed the cover up after the installers left, I called the owner *** *** and got his voice mail, he called me back and just did not care about the problems but was annoyed I contacted him and not the office, he continued to be unrespectful to me and telling me he was coming over to rip out all the granite and I could go else where and start all over He did not care about satisfying me the customerHe was rude and raising his voice to me, he then came over to inspect the damaged materials and continued with the rude behavior towards me telling me he gets $50,000,jobs and this $job didn't mean anything to him and he was going to rip out all granite and I could find another granite company and start over I insisted he wet sand down the damaged granite not rip out : which entailed taking down a custom mirror above the sink, uninstall all the plumbing and go down to granite yard and pick out new granite, all at my expense I did not want to do this, obviously, costing me more money out of pocket His worker did wet sand down the granite, was not 100% but acceptable but I continues to ask for a discount of $from my credit card company, which is now in dispute as *** is fighting this and trying to put a lien on my home he is the worst business man I have ever come across and would NEVER recommend his company to any one
I had awful carpeting and padding removed that was in the house when we purchased it and had Jays put in Beautiful new Smart Stran Carpet in a rust color called Pumpkin I think and new paddingBoth pet friendly with great warrantiesIts been years and we Still LOVE The Carpet ! The previous carpet was new but a nightmare,it shed and splintered and we literally had to throw out clothing and socksBUTOUR CARPET FROM JAYS IS HEAVEN SENT ! STILL IN LOVE YEARS LATER ! From Start To Finish Everything went Smoothly and QuicklyEveryone was helpful and friendly from the man who came to measure,to the store emplyees to the installers who even vaccuumed my new carpets before leavingThe carpets are in the livingroom and diningroom I shopped other businesses but the friendliness and efficiency won me over to use Jays and we are So Happy We Used Jays ! I tell strangers in stores looking at carpeting to go to Jays because the experience was so great and prices cheaper !
Started a kitchen remodel in July 16, not finished Unprofessional, sent non-licensed people who damaged my home (cut a section out of my wall to make the granite fit!), one with a license cut the ceiling supports out of my kitchen ceiling and his un-licensed son ran a staple through a live wire blowing breaker There was so more The owner is best described as snake oil And yes we are going to go to court Revdex.com did not print my complaint
