multiple times and neither of them have returned my call.The salesperson she is referring to was very ill and could no longer work and the finance company was changed out only because we went with an onsite company that is here in our store for our customer’s convenience She was given the direct number to J*** ***, who is a manager with *** Finance that would have been able to take care of this for her But when I contacted ***, she had never received a call from *** or *** I am sorry if *** didn’t understand the contract, but if you take the month payment that she made of $x = $it doesn’t even come up to the initial financed purchase price of $ This is a no credit check company that charges interest from day one, so I don’t know how she thought that it would be paid in full at payments when that doesn’t even come up to the initial purchase price If she had paid it off sooner, less money would have been owed to Tempoe The purchase date was 3/24/and she paid it off on 10/10/(per your letter), incurring months of interest.*** with *** explained to me that the total amount paid on the contract by the Setter’s was $(not $886.77) It was only this high of an amount because *** Setters did not set up his buyout when it was eligible at the month point and so he made additional payments on the account When he did finally contact *** this month, they collected $as the final payment *** refunded back the difference of the original buyout The original buyout was $so she refunded the Setter’s $ She told me she was going to try and contact them direct to explain.Sincerely,Hamilton Furniture LLC dbaJay’s Furniture Direct*** ***President
