To whom it may concern: My name is Kelly N***I'm the manager at Jay's NailsI'm writting to you about the complaint #***, the Lady came to the salon to get her manicure and chrome gel polish and knowing sometime gel polish doesn't work on real nailsShe was please at the time she
paidFew days later she came back and complainted about her nail being chipped, so we fixed it for her at no cost, the next days she came back and said she didn't like the color knowing she was the one who picked it out, so I offered to give her a polish change for free but she refused to get the different color and demanded for money backI told her we have no refund policyCustomer satisfaction is very important to us, so hopefully she will understand that taking a another polish change at no cost is the best we can doThanks for your help with this matter.
