Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 9, 2015/06/01) */ TO whom it may concern: The customer did purchase a Colt O5070X, Gold Cup Trophy, .45ACP, 5" BBL, StainlessThat order was fulfilled by one of the whole sale groups we work with through our websiteThis was the third weapon this customer has purchasedAll the guns we get shipped in from our wholesalers are new from the factoryWe have our customers inspect the fire arms before we process the ATF paperwork and they take possessionThis new firearm had a few minor blemishes and was rejected by the buyerWe will therefore, return it back to the wholesale supplierI offered to try to get him the firearm he ordered since the one we received wasn't satisfactoryInstead, the customer requested a refundI ran his card and credited his account and gave him the receipt showing the credit backHe called the very next day and stated that he had not seen the refund yetI called our bank, [redacted] , to see what the status was on the refundThe sale amount had been deducted from our business account but was in the process of being refunded into his bank account thru his credit providerThat process often takes several daysI relayed the information the bank had given me and let him know that if he did not seen it reflected in his account in a few days to let me knowWe haven't heard from him since the transaction so, we assume that the process has been completed by his financial institution and his credit provider
