We have not been able to process the refund since the product was sent to a location that does not process return packages and we haven't received notification of your package being received. As previously requested, could you kindly provide us either the tracking number you used to send the product or the screenshot of the email you received requesting to send the product back?We normally only process refunds via a Return Merchandise Authorization eLabel created and sent directly by our support team and the location where you sent your package does not match to the location where our eLabels direct the products authorized to be returned.Our Jaybird Customer Experience Team will be reaching out to you shortly to work on a resolution and we appreciate your cooperation on providing the documentation requested.Best regards, Jaybird Customer Experience Team [email protected]
