I'm going to keep this short , but in a nutshell Ms. [redacted] contacted Landscape Illumination about a fixture that she was having an issue with.
After talking with her on the phone on what it might be because we wouldn't know until we looked at...

the fixture. I informed her that the service call would be [redacted] (basically the fee to show up and evaluate) and the parts to repair may be and aditional [redacted]
One of my crews visited Ms [redacted] home and came to conclusion that the fixture had a bulb issue. When they turned in the paperwork the next morning, I asked them about it and they informed me They thought it was a bulb issue.
Because we thought the service was completed, we issued an invoice for just the service call of [redacted]
Ms. [redacted] got in touch with me 2 days later and said that she was still having the same issue, I told her I would send someone out to fix the problem and not to pay the invoice until the problem was resolved. I believe that was a Friday, not sure.
On Sunday evening, Ms [redacted] called our office number which rings direct to my cell after hours a told me to forget about doing the service at her home. A few minutes later, I received an online request from an online lead service for Ms [redacted] to repair landscape lighting. I emailed her and informed her that she was still responsible for the [redacted] invoice because that was the show up fee.
We wanted the opportunity to fix her problem and I feel we got kicked off the project for no reason even after I told her she did not have to pay it until we finished the repair.
Since this incident, Ms [redacted] has proceeded to trash Landscape Illumination on all social media.

I have phone documentations that I called him the day after the service was done, he didn't return my phone call for two days. I called him again on Friday to dispute the charges and that is when he answered the call. Our intial conversation before I hired him, we did not discuss a service call, he specifically told me that it probably is an inner wiring malfunction and that is what will be repaired. If his technician who put a bulb in the fixture tested the systems he/she would have discovered that a bulb in the broken fixture overpowers the system and it shut down.
He is correct, I did call to cancel all future dealings with his company because I believed that he was dishonest with me. He total abused the service/customer relation.
Even on the invoice that he sent me it didnt state what work was done, it just says service call.
And as far as me posting my opinion on social media about this company that is my right as a consumer. I did not falsify or bad mouth the company. I stated my opinion about the company and their customer service.
Again, I have documented emails and phone record to confirm my claim.

The 4 fixtures are/ were being refinished by an outside company that specializes in this process. Shortly after dropping the...

fixtures off at their location, they experienced a fire at their business which shut down the powder coating operations for more than 6 weeks.
The company has reassured me that the fixtures will be completed any day now and as soon as we get them back, they will be returned an reinstalled.
Landscape Illumination received no down payment or did not ask for any down payment for the work that is being done for Ms. [redacted] We also informer end Ms. Stanzik that because these fixtures go to an outside company, we have no control over what happens or what pace the refinishing gets done.
OFFER:
we will reinstall the newly refinished fixtures as soon as they get returned too us. My hope is they will be back too us any day now and then they can be returned.
We apologize for any misunderstanding or problems this may have caused.
