states that Barden is not a general contractor-  pg. 3 clearly states that all disputes are to be handled by arbitrationThe complainant indicates that they have had an ice damming issue.  Roofing material do not cause ice damming.  improper installation of insulation and insufficient ventilation of the roof system causes ice damming.  Replacing roofing materials is comparable to replacing your car tires when you have issues with the brakes of your car.Ice and water shield was supplied and delivered as is standard with all homes supplied by our company.  there was not a request to have ice and water supplied for the entire roof surface.We regret that the complainant has relied on poor, uninformed opinions of others and have nothing to offer in response.

Review: The conduct of management towards employees is extremely inappropriate. Bugs found in the kitchen. Mold found in ice.Desired Settlement: They need to be shut down.
