Ultimate Bathroom Renovations completed a full renovation of my bathroom in early December 2015, including the installation of a new tub and enclosure, new vanity and sink, and new floor. Very poor installation, poor product knowledge (especially in relation to Fleurco products: they will go against instillation instructions from the manufacture) and very poor quality of work! Proof is in their work! I have pictures and videos of the mess they have left in my house [redacted]. Definitely not a final product to be proud of! Do not recommend at all and due to my recent experience over the last year, do not feel that they deserve an A+ rating! I am now left in the position I will now have to hire another company who is skilled in shower installation to rectify the poor quality and unfinished work [redacted]! This is after allowing Ultimate Bath Systems into my home on multiple occasions over the last year, to have a chance to rectify the multitude of issues they have left behind and are unable to fix. Even after admitting fault on a faulty installation, a complete redo of their work and a reinstallation of the shower they originally put in, I am left with damage to my walls, ceiling and paint, and not to mention a shower that still leaks due to bad installation by the company.
Ultimate Bathroom Renovations worked quickly and diligently to remove and replace my main bathroom tub area with an acrylic tub, walls, and new fixtures.
Their Estimator had a quote out to me within the same day of visiting my place. On the day of the renovations, their Project Manager and assistant were also prompt and finished in same day. They cleaned up well and there was no trace of them being there besides my renovated tub area. The Owner followed up the next morning and I had a question about a minor touchup. He worked with me to quickly schedule the PM to do a quick touchup, which I'm thankful for.
It was a great experience and I will definitely recommend this business to others as well as chose them for future renovations. It turns out they also do more than just bathrooms!
My wife and I purchased a Fleurco acrylic shower (32x32x4 1/2") from UltimateBathSystems. They installed it between October 31 and November 1, 2016, as promised.
I am pleased to report that the work was done in a professional manner and we are very pleased with the final product. The workers were punctual (they showed up on time both days), courteous and competent. The workers worked quickly and effective, cleaning up the work area after the work was completed each day. Just as importantly, the work was completed within the estimated time they said it would take.
We can recommend this company without any reservations whatsoever.

I had to let our community know about my recent experiences with Ultimate Bath Systems. From start to finish, the experience was seamless! Our first contact was very professional. They listened to our needs and even went above and beyond what we requested. I was not able to be home on the day of installation so left my two teenage children in charge of answering questions or helping the installers in any way possible. I fully expected phone calls and texts from my children with questions they were not able to answer, but didn't hear a word from them all day. I actually had to call a couple of times to see how things were going at home! When I did get home from work that day, I could not believe my eyes!! Not only was my bathroom beyond beautiful, but the clean up job the installers did is what impressed me the most. The best way I can describe what transpired in my bathroom that day was that magical fairies came to my home while I was at work and waived their magical wands.......poof, a beautiful new soaker tub, subway tiles, grab bars and curved shower rod where my old broken tub and tiles had stood that very morning. There was not a spec of dirt, caulking......any evidence that there had been major construction going on in my bathroom that day!!
We only had our tub area redone this day, but we will absolutely be calling Ultimate Bath Systems to finish our bathroom! New vanity, toilet, flooring are next on the list. We couldn't be happier with the work that was done, how professional the owner and staff members that we dealt with were and how amazingly beautiful our new tub enclosure is!! We are beyond satisfied customers and would recommend Ultimate Bath Systems to all!!!
Our recent bathroom renovation (new tub and wall surround) was completed by Ultimate Bathroom Renovations earlier this month. Never have we had a project run so smoothly and with such professionalism. The team was punctual, conscientious, and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. They encountered a few hidden surprises including a partially rotten floor and a detached drain pipe. To some that would have been problematic and perhaps would have turned a blind eye, but to Gerald and his team fixing those issues was just part of doing the job right. Such a great work ethic!
