You can call or text anytime to discuss your issues and he listens attentively and will even offer advice without being asked. Jayks took our rough-in only bathroom shell and transformed it into a beautiful powder room in two days. He also helped us chose lighting, tiles and fixtures for a perfect fit to our home's decor. [redacted] does an excellent job with Plumbing and Customer Service. I had a problem with my Fluid Master, it was not working. In the past plumbers have gouged me. So I called Jayk's on a referral from my neighbors. The first thing I noticed was he was prompt and secondly very reasonable. About a week later my hot water started going out and in. I texted [redacted] he quickly told me what he thought the problem could be and gave a remedy. Ultimately I had to give him a call and get the water heater replaced.
