Jaylynn Towing and Recovery Reviews (2)

We have taken the time to read said complaint made by *** *** Apparently *** *** remembers this day entirely different from how it happenedHe stated that on June 13th he had dropped his dump truck off @ *** *** in Woodbridge NJ located in a property owned by a large commercial
groupJaylynn Towing And Recovery currently holds the contract for private property impounds from said propertyWe are in constant contact with the point of contact in charge of the property due to the number of unauthorized oversized trucks , trailers and other commercial vehicles left un-attended on the property without permission*** *** was NOT parked anywhere near the *** *** location of the property, but in fact parked behind a *** on the property where the property management has the most problems with unattended oversized commercial vehiclesAlso , side note, *** *** *** do not service heavy truck tire applications.) *** *** was extremely rude to the young lady that operates our office using foul languageHe DID threaten her physically multiple times and verbally stated that with his vehicle he would "drive it through the locked gate and over her car"The costs incurred to this impound were not unreasonable being the amount of labor hours, man power and equipment utilized to split his full size dump truck and loaded paving equipment trailer to tow them separatelyTh* *** Police observed a telephone call to the property manger verifying that this truck was in fact not permitted to park on the property*** *** told the ***t Police that the property manager gave him permission to park his commercial vehicle on the propertyThat is why *** *** may think the ***t Police sided with usWe do not feel that after all the grief this man has caused and lies he has told to us, the ***t Police, and now the Revdex.com he should be entitled to anything but a "Have a nice day, Keep it moving"

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I first thought that they towed my truck (that's why they Broke into it to release airbrakes), but after we paid for the truck, the ignition was brokenJay lynn PAID for ***.com to put in a new ignition--1.Why was the ignition broke in the first place? And Why did Jay lynn pay for it, if they had Nothing to do with it? I believe they drove it ALL the way to ***t (Consumer Affairs states-that it is suppose to be towed a reasonable distance, but ***t is several towns away and approximately miles)And How did they get my trailer off from the back of my truck because there are certain issues I have on the trailer and truck thats Very Hard for trailer to get off? For some odd reason, they showed my son a pic of our truck hooked on the back of a tow truck (I believe it was photo-shopped)There is another complaint against them on the Revdex.com website, that the man has proof they Drove his big truck and that was according to his GPS system, that someone started it and drove itDo they have Proof, like a registration, for a heavy duty tow truck--specifically to tow a commercial truck? We spoke to someone who knows them and said that Jay lynn does Not have a heavy duty tow truck for towing big commercial trucks If I supposedly threatened their employee, why didn't the cops arrest me, since they were there? I was parked approximately feet in the front of *** (NOT ***, THAT IS A TOTAL LIE!) to replace my trailer tires, which are the size of a SUV or pickup Tire! Their signs are not up to Consumer Affairs standards, there are No towing charges for heavy duty commercial trucks on them and since their supposedly having issues with trucks parking in the lot, Why isn't there a price for the trucks? Also, the price is suppose to be reasonable along with the distance but $2,they wanted was ABSOLUTELY NOT Reasonable! I'm sending pics of their signs, their receipt, and a pic of what the their sign is suppose to have on itI also wanted to send a pic of where I parked but I couldn't fit that either! You can also Google NJ Towing RegulationsThey are the LIARS!
Regards,
*** ***
