I hired certa vac to do a duct cleaning job for me they came on August 31,2016 they were almost ready to go they told me my ducts were dirty which I already expected they looked at my furnace and said it was real dirty something I knew as well so one of the brothers said he does furnace cleaning as well I remembered I had a free furnace cleaning Kevin told me he says phone hydro when your furnace is done and they will come and inspect I phoned hydro and they do not do that I called the [redacted] they came in the morning and cleaned my furnace it checked out all ok so I phoned centra vac to come clean my ducts he asked me if I phoned hydro I told him I did and I also relayed to him that hydro does not do that [redacted] I told them to phone hydro and check the story out he said again I was lying and he told me never to contact him again as far as I am concerned he didn't want to come back because I wasn't letting him clean my furnace I have never been treated like that from any one in the service industry [redacted] very disappointed in them when they first came they were very nice and then when they didn't get the extra job they didn't want anything to do with the job very poor attitude [redacted]
