I left chairs with Delaney at Buffalo Check (AKA Jayney's Mercantile in College Grove, TN) to be repaired and reupholstered on November 18, along with a credit card payment of $ I have the email receipt When we didn't hear from them by January, 2018, we drove to College Grove to see if they were ready and found the store had closed with no information regarding where they went I was able to reach them by phone and they told me they had moved to their Smyrna location We went to the Smyrna store, but the chairs weren't there The owner said she would deliver them to our home on March 3rd, but they never showed up Since then we have had a few excuses as to why the chairs weren't delivered Now they aren't returning my text messages and when I call, the voice mail is full I have saved my voice messages from them Product_Or_Service: repair/reupholtering of chairs Order_Number: na Account_Number: na
