Bad experience. Booked two rides in March 2018 for rides from JFK to Manhattan. Arriving 4 months later both rides were canceled due to their inability to locate our driver. What? This is pitiful. Although promised a credit, I had to follow-up on that, too to and then they credited me for the 2 rides. Would never use them again!
