Was sold a dryer under a contract with warranty stating appliance purchased was in working order , and also of this appliance broke within warranty time it would be fixed . Jays appliances refuses to show up for scheduled appointments . Threatens and discriminates customers during complaints . And employee “Edward is under the influence of alcohol during installations

First of all DO NOT BUY HERE!!!
I purchased a washer and dryer set in May 5, 2020 and also paid for same day delivery and installation. It was delivered a week later by a rude person named *** who said he is the owner. When he left, we started to wash clothes but the dryer didn't work. Now the washer doesn't work and they just ignore my calls or promise to come repair it but they don't. This is criminal by them selling appliances that don't work and for them not fulfilling their obligations on the contract. I am going to speak with my lawyer friends to see what I can do about this bad business. This place needs to be shut down!

Went to Jays appliance on Sunday 4/5/20. Spoke to *** who said he is the owner. Saw a cabrio dryer that matches my broken dryer. But also saw a whirlpool dryer set that looked really nice. Asked *** if the cabrio dryer and the whirlpool set have been tested. He said yes. He stated they are in great condition. So we sold us the whirlpool for 700.00 and the cabrio dryer for 175.00. We told him we going to give the dryer to someone in need of one. We installed the whirlpool set and the washer made loud noise that I video and set to *** . The dryer just didn’t work. It showed *** code which I also took a picture and sent to him. I sent him the pic and video on Monday 4/6/20. I called him and told him he sold me broken appliances. Told him I want my money back. He told me no returns. Told him not right because he sold us broken appliances and he won’t take back. Said 1 year warranty on labor and 60 days on parts which I did tell him they are broken. He said someone will come over next day to fix. Asked if new parts will be put on and he said whatever he has will be put on. Told him that’s not right. Someone came over on Tuesday 4/7/20. He checked washer and just added lube. Told him it still checks all over. Then the guy checked dryer and said he had to go back and get a part. I asked him if new and he said no. Came back later and it still didn’t work. Then the guy said we need to take it back to store because he cannot fix it here. I dropped off dryer on Wednesday 4/8/20 and *** the owner saw me and went to the back. Sent out *** the guy who tried to fix it to get dryer. *** said he will call me but has not. I called today to the store *** but no answer. Which I knew they will not pick up. I called *** the owner to *** and he answered . I asked about the dryer and he said he does not want to talk to me because he does not want me to put him on *** and said to not call him and to call the store. I asked about dryer and he said to not bother him and call the store. Told him they do not answer and he just hung up on me. I want my money back because they sold me broken set and I don’t even trust the cabrio dryer either. They kept the whirlpool dryer!! That is stealing!!!

This place was good when we first got the items a washer and dryer. They have come out once because there was an issue and that wasn’t too bad it was taken care of. Now it’s the same issue and I have been calling them for weeks. They set up a date for Saturday they never show up they never called. I did it again set up a date for Monday and they never came by and here it is Wednesday and they have still not come by. I have called *** several times. I have left messages for him and he keeps saying well he’ll check on it he’ll check on it but he never gets back to me I just called him a few minutes ago about well 45 minutes ago he said he was busy unloading items. I said I would hold it was 20 minutes he never came back I hung up I called back for 45 minutes and the line is busy.they are avoiding their obligations.Do not get your business from here..They are shady and rude.

They sold us a dud Refrigerator !!! We paid them $251.50 With a 1 year warranty !! And nothing
Is returned !!!!!
