has purchased. All the guns we get shipped in from our wholesalers are new from the factory. We have our customers inspect the fire arms before we process the ATF paperwork and they take possession. This new firearm had a few minor blemishes and was rejected by the buyer. We will therefore, return it back to the wholesale supplier. I offered to try to get him the firearm he ordered since the one we received wasn't satisfactory. Instead, the customer requested a refund. I ran his card and credited his account and gave him the receipt showing the credit back. He called the very next day and stated that he had not seen the refund yet. I called our bank, [redacted], to see what the status was on the refund. The sale amount had been deducted from our business account but was in the process of being refunded into his bank account thru his credit provider. That process often takes several days. I relayed the information the bank had given me and let him know that if he did not seen it reflected in his account in a few days to let me know. We haven't heard from him since the transaction so, we assume that the process has been completed by his financial institution and his credit provider.
