what is it [redacted], were we there for the leaking dishwasher or for what was written on the invoice....as we don't work on appliance's. So I see your story changed now. the invoice was clearly not half blacked out. what was blacked out was the home owners info as you [redacted] are renting this property. open up ur wallet and pay for what you broke, we will not compensate for something we didn't break, as you said your not high end.
Extremely unresponsive and deceitful business. They were hired by my home warranty company [redacted] to fix a toilet with broken seat and leaking tank. They came and looked at the toilet and promised to call back the next day. They didn't. I called them over the next 10 days and left several voice messages and no called back. When I called my home warranty company they reassigned the work to another plumber. I called back Jay's plumbing to know why they never replied back to me, they answer this time and were extremely rude, saying that they are not working on this order any more and hung up on me. If I was told they can't or are not willing to fix my toilet, I would have hired someone else. Now I wasted a day off work, made over 10 phone calls and my toilet is still broken one week later.

There Answer shows you that there lying and thats why they blacked out half of theyre reciept. The faucet they broke was in the master bath, where they removed the scald gard, my wife was there, [redacted], They took it upon themselves to try and unscrew both bathroom faucets, fixed one, broke the other. finally after one month, they agreed to come and fix it on April 1st. Keep in mind , were talking about a $30 faucet, the morning they were suppose to show up, they called said that they would be there in 30 minutes, then never showed and ive got phone records to prove it. The employee that was suppose to show up called from [redacted], then never showed. Ive never seen or heard of a company to go so far out of theyre way lying repeatedly about a $20-$30 faucet. If these guys are willing to do this over a less expensive faucet, just think what theyll do to a higher end customer. Something needs to be done. Theyll never step foot in my house again, but consumers need to be warned. Thank You and have a good day.

Jay's Plumbing Service never touched a faucet [redacted] is accusing us of, he wasn't there at time of appointment a female was. [redacted] is confused with the appliance company we don't work on dishwashers.
