This plumbing disaster was quickly diagnosed by Eric who was prompt and courteous. He worked quietly and kept us informed during the whole process. Returned on the second day to complete the fix. During the process he covered everything in the kitchen so as not to spread the drywall dust while he cut into the ceiling. We could not be happier with his professional attitude and caring concern.
