released to the customer without full payment of the contract that was signed by the customer. The customers Liner is due to be completed on or about July 15, 2017. The contract clearly states, as signed by the customer, that "Jay's Precision Pool Service is not responsible for delays due to weather or production and manufacturer delays". We experienced over 6 weeks of rain this spring in Northeastern New York, that carries a serious impact on scheduling of projects such as this. At this time Jay's Precision Pool Service is ready, willing and able to carry out the terms of the contract without recourse. No refund will be given on custom orders.
