The customer purchased the "RAP Course" which has a Day Refund Policy.? Please find the pdf documents attached.? Or click here to view the sales page (refund policy listed towards the bottom of the page).? ? This page indicates the price paid for the course, as well as the day refund policy and the homework requirements as part of the refund policy? The customer requested a refund outside of days and did not submit homework.? The only two requirements of the refund policy? We do offer a day refund policy with some of our products/courses, but the course purchased in this case has a day refund policy.? As a business, we reserve the right to offer different refund periods for different products? However, none of our products/courses carry a day refund policy.? Nor have we found any mention of such an extended refund period in any of our recorded calls or webinars? Therefore, while we are grateful for the customer's business and disappointed to become aware of their frustration, for multiple reasons, we do not believe a refund is warranted in this case

I am rejecting this response because: That's not what the linked refund policy stated at the time I registered When I registered, the refund link stated days. I made a note of it (days) and marked it off on my calendar so I could consider the material. Unfortunately, I don't have access to the siregistration links. These links are fluid, could easily be changed or incorrectly linked I submitted my request for a refund well within the day mark

I am rejecting this response because:  That's not what the linked refund policy stated at the time I registered.   When I registered, the refund link stated 30 days.  I made a note of it (30 days) and marked it off on my calendar so I could consider the material.  Unfortunately, I don't have access to the sign-up registration links.  These links are fluid,  could easily be changed or incorrectly linked.   I submitted my request for a refund well within the 30 day mark.
