I did do work for the previous residents of this house However, I have never had a business relationship with this consumer

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The business owner is dishonest The system is up against the house, LESS THAN INCHES away from the facade and there is only one way the pipe could have been cracked: due to negligence on winterization, as confirmed by my long-standing irrigation company Not sure why the previous owners would be involved with this??? This is a desperation move by a desperate, negligent business owner who is trying to fabricate fairy tale stories to deflect his responsibility Any reputable irrigation company would acknowledge the mistake and repair this The part may only be $but the labor is approx hours, $200-If it were so little, I'm sure *** would have offered to repair this In addition, my grass may be damaged waiting for a repair in 90+degree weather and I would place the responsibility on [redacted] directly Sincerely, [redacted]

The business owner is dishonest  The system is up against the house, LESS THAN 6 INCHES away from the facade and there is only one way the pipe could have been cracked: due to negligence on winterization, as confirmed by my long-standing irrigation company.  Not sure why the previous owners would be involved with this???  This is a desperation move by a desperate, negligent business owner who is trying to fabricate fairy tale stories to deflect his responsibility.  Any reputable irrigation company would acknowledge the mistake and repair this.  The part may only be $35 but the labor is approx 2 hours, $200-300. If it were so little, I'm sure [redacted] would have offered to repair this.   In addition, my grass may be damaged waiting for a repair in 90+degree weather and I would place the responsibility on [redacted] directly.

I am [redacted], we spoke on the phone twice earlier today.  Included on this email is [redacted] & [redacted].  I believe they have had enough of dealing...

with the vindictive new owner of their old home, [redacted], so I hope this does not take up any more of their time than necessary.  Attached is the receipt I sent to [redacted] & [redacted] on December 20th, 2006.  They were paying for the sprinkler system by multiple checks as I was installing it.  We finished the install in the Spring of 2007.    We offered a 2 year labor warranty on anything we installed.  That warranty expired in the Spring of 2009.  The backflow device we had a licensed plumber install 10 years ago is a [redacted] 009.  The manufacturer (Watts) only offers a 1 year warranty on any of their backflow devices.  A link to the [redacted] website, with the backflow device warranty information is below.http://[redacted]There is no Warranty on that product that is broken, there is no warranty that can be transferable to a new homeowner.      As I stated over the phone the piece of the sprinkler system that is broken, is 1-1.5 ft out of teh ground, about 2-3 ft away from the door of the house.  Any landscaper, furniture mover, painter, carpenter, real estate agent, potential homeowner looking to buy the house, pool guy, tree trimming guy, or even the new homeowner cold have hit that valve and caused it to break.    As I also stated over the phone, I have never worked for [redacted].  He has never hired my company, we have never met.  There has never been a marketplace relationship with him.  I have never agreed to provide a service to [redacted].  My only interaction with him was him calling me and threatening me.  Something was broken, and he just decided I broke it.  His action were very odd.If you have any questions of need any other information from me please to not hesitate to call [redacted] anytime.Thanks in advance!
