I had a very negative experience with this companyWhile I would rather not go into details of the events that took place, I,as a rule believe in trying to work things out with people, but sometimes that's not possible
While I understand things happen in business, it's how you deal with and talk to your customers, that matter most of all and makes the overall and lasting impression
I fully expect that the owner of this company will not acknowledge me as a previous customer, as he knows that I am not happy with his company; however,I have e-mails and a credit card charge entry that will support my claim
Poor customer service and it's how you deal with and interact with the customer, that leaves an overall and lasting impressionIn this case, it was a negative one
