My family leased a house rental through Brickley's Property Solutions from July 4, 2017-July 31, 2018, which was in statusBoth my wife and I are teachers serving the community of Albuquerque, NMDuring our stay, we encountered two water leak audits from the City of Rio Rancho, NM Water Authority, which caused our monthly water bills to sky rocketIt took a total of eight months for an underground leak to be locatedBrickley's sent out multiple licensed plumbers multiple times, with no solution while our water bills increasedWe had to fight during the water leak ordeal to receive any type of rental deduction or help from both Brickley's and the home owners whom we never had contact withAfter enduring the stress of a year of high water bills, the most damaging blow is that Brickley's only paid us $back from our $security depositMy wife and I are in the process of disputing the charges placed against our depositI would not recommend Brickley's Property Sol
I am interested in renting a home from the company and on july12, 2018, my application was approved after I provided three months of bank statements and two months of pay stubs to the companyI was sent a link to pay for the background check but had an emergency come up so I was unable to complete the background check
On July 30th, I requesred to begin the process again and to allow me to pay for the background check I was informed that even though the month of JUly is not over I have to provide July's bank statement before Brickleys will allow me to do the final step of the background check
I asked if someone else could help me since there is no bank statement available for July because the month is not over and I was told that I could not proceed without July' s statement I find this extremely unreasonable and I don't want to wait the extra days until the bank statement is ready to proceed with the background check
