Ariel was the day-of coordinator-DJ for my daughter's wedding in December. Hiring her for the job was absolutely one of the best things we did! She met with me, my daughter and her fiance about a month before the wedding and she went through every aspect of the wedding; not only getting basic information but taking the time to get to know the bride and groom and finding out their expectations and hopes for their wedding day. I felt from that moment on that we were in the best of hands! The wedding was at a church in Hood River and the reception was at a hotel that I wont mention here. We had family that travelled from out of town, so there it was huge that everything was taken care of with the music and we didn't have to stress. We never did. It was not lost on me during the whole event that her expertise and attention to detail were the reason that I was free to enjoy being mother-of-the-bride. Honestly, the only thing I had to worry about was getting my husband, daughter and the bridal party to the church on time, which was easy since we had hired a limo for that, and of course Ariel had suggested the perfect company to go with. I didn't find out until after the wedding that there were a couple of minor "glitches" that had been so well taken care of that I didn't even know that they had happened. Hotel (cough cough) Ariel has a very friendly, bubbly personality and exudes the confidence that she knows how to make your wedding a truly stress-free event and I highly recommend her for the job! I'm sure Aaron would do just as great for anyone. Man, they are turning this ship around. Give Jazz It-Up a try!

0 stars! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS DJ! HE NEVER SHOWED UP TO OUR WEDDING!!! I still cannot believe I booked a DJ for our wedding that never showed up. I got a voicemail from him when I was supposed to be walking down the aisle that they had got in a tragic accident, which we later found out never happened. My bridesmaids were not in the room with me before the wedding because they were frantically trying to find a speaker and someone's phone to play music so we could start the wedding! It was probably my worst nightmare coming to life. I just can't believe this guy can live with himself knowing that he ruins people's most precious, special and expensive days. I had taken a year to plan my wedding and spent a lot of money for it to all tank the day of. When he left a voicemail on the wedding day he said he would be giving us a full refund. We called him after we got back from our honeymoon and he didn't even remember an accident happened. Then he sent us multiple faulty tracking number on checks that never came. Then he cussed out my husband on the phone. Then tried to tell us it was his DAUGHTER in the accident. Finally we went to the district attorneys office and two days ago we finally got our money back. He is a total scam artist.

DO NOT BOOK YOUR DJ SERVICES WITH JAZZ IT UP PRODUCTIONS OR AARON S.
He is a scam artist and if you book him as a DJ you will NOT get the service you asked for. I was forced to cancel him 2 weeks before our wedding because he would schedule appointments with me to discuss our wedding day, not answer my calls, and stand me up. He handled everything very rude and was not professional in any way. He has NOT refunded our money and I am not the only one that this has happened to.
I have plenty of reasons to believe that the reviews for his company are fake. I did some digging and saw he owned another DJ company, so I pulled it up and saw THE SAME REVIEW FOR JAZZ IT UP. The other company is ***. Take a look - he even forgot to change the name at the bottom! I would highly recommend not booking with his other company either.
If you go through reviews for Jazz It Up Productions you will see *IFhe actually showed up to an event, he was very unprofessional, wore tacky clothing to weddings, left and came back with fast food, and much more. That is if he even SHOWS UP to the event you have scheduled! Tons of other reviews saying that he was a no show to peoples WEDDING DAY. He would continuously use the excuse of a car accident for why he or one of his “employees” was not there. Unacceptable.
So now, over 6 weeks later, he still has not issued us refund. Save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere.

I had a signed contract on 01/24/2018 with Aaron S owner of jazz it up productions to provide DJ and photo booth service for my wedding. Aaron advised that since I was purchasing a "special" that he would need the $699 upfront. My payment was charged to my card February 7th for the full amount. As the 08/18/18 got closer I tried to contact Aaron and received emails back. I sent my song lists and the schedule for the wedding and reception. The week of the wedding I had not heard from Aaron. I reached out to him via phone and email. He left an phone message on my work phone 08/17/18 at 1230 am stating that he had contacted me via email and cancelled 2 weeks prior. This was not the truth as I have every email he has sent and my work email does not contain a spam folder. Aaron had cancelled the day before my wedding leaving me mentally distressed. We panicked and thanks to my new daughter were able to find someone last minute so our day wouldn't be ruined. I had spoke to Aaron after that and he has promised a refund. He has yet to refund my money and has not answered my last email. I had to pay extra for a DJ the day before my event. I need Aaron to pay me in full ASAP. My wedding was 08/18/18 so he has had my money since February and for more than a month after he cancelled last minute for my wedding.

Customer Response • Oct 09, 2018

On 10/07/2018 Aaron S of Jazz it up Productions refunded me in full the $699 that he took from me as payment for DJ services for my wedding he did not provide. My event was 08/18/18 and I had made the payment to Mr. S in late January 2018. I am grateful to the Revdex.com for your service. I do not think that I would of received my refund if I had not made my complaint to you.

We hired this DJ company to DJ our wedding on 09/15/17 after securing a contract for 6 hours of music and a Photo Booth with unlimited prints on site. We sent music we wished to not be played, our ceremony music and other details about our day. When the dj finally decided to speak to us a few moments before the wedding started, she said she did not have our ceremony music so my husband had to BUY the music on his iTunes account and hand over his OWN cell phone to the dj to play the music. The microphones failed within the first 10 seconds of our ceremony and they claimed the batteries died. No one in the ceremony could hear anything!!! Then when we realized not a single photo was taken in our "photo booth" the DJ company said the server board had fired but they set the booth up somewhere far in a corner. Not a single guest confirmed they ever saw a Photo Booth, our coordinator never saw it and WE never saw it. We paid for that and never got it. The music also shut down during the dancing after blowing the power for 10 minutes. We contacted the owner directly one week after the wedding (when we got back from our honeymoon) and he denied all allegations. We asked for a refund and he agreed to $150 and its been ELEVEN months and we have not received a single check. We now started posting reviews on all major wedding websites and he is making claims to those websites to have reviews removed because they are reflecting the truth and the negative reviews. I want to make this right and get my refund and also let others know about our crappy experience. He has done this to many couples with similar lies and faking the refunds. Something needs to be done about this company and the shadiness of their acts.

Jazz It-Up Productions Response • Sep 26, 2018

This situation is unfortunate. We provided 6-hours worth of service and the customer used us the entire time. We had a problem with our photo booth and attempted to make things right. We did a settlement agreement just as most businesses do. Unfortunately, this customer put together a scheme to hurt us online. The husband, wife, sister, mother, and another family member all left reviews for the same event on five separate review platforms. We know they were working with another person who has tried the same thing. This is unprofessional and we will have nothing to do with that action. Imagine, this is all over the refund not being received of $169. This is malicious defamation and has cost us thousands of provable dollars. We refuse to have any contact with this customer at this point. I am happy to re-issue the refund we agreed on one last time. I have nothing more to add.Aaron SJazz It-Up Productions1.844.3.JAZZITUPwww.jazzitupproductionsNW.com

We paid in full for d.j. services and the guy cancelled two days before the event August 16th. The owner said he issued a refund but as of September 7th we still have not received a refund and he is giving us the run around.

My husband and I hired Sean and his event group as our DJ and MC for our wedding. He and his group showed 100% professionalism!
Planning a wedding is extremely stressful. We met up with Sean a week or 2 before the wedding to discuss the details. He answered all of our questions in regards to the flow of the wedding and gave us tons of suggestions on the songs to be played at the wedding.
We were extremely relieved and felt confident that the wedding will go smoothly after the meeting. Sean did an excellent job in keeping the party fun and upbeat. (Not an easy task with Asian crowd) He even performed few songs for us and my guests loved it! I somehow lost my garter during the wedding. Sean quickly grabbed a string from somewhere and asked me if its okay to use it as a garter. Thanks to Sean's quick reaction, the game didn't go awkward and went on as fun as expected. Sean, we couldn't thank you enough for you and your group's excellent job at our wedding!!! We were extremely satisfied because you did beyond what was expected and our guests had so much fun! For anybody that's reading this review, please trust me, you will not regret and will get beyond what is expected if you hire Jazz It-Up Productions.

Aaron S has been extremely difficult to communicate with throughout the entire process. We booked on 3/18/18. Wedding happened 7/8/18. As of today 8/23/18 we are still trying to resolve the matters at hand. Aaron has frequently not responded at all via phone, email or *** messenger. We paid for physical on-site prints ($200.00) from the photo-booth but that service did not function at all at our wedding so we requested physical prints be mailed as the contract offers. The ceremony mic we paid for, an additional ($99.00) did not work either. Aaron said we would receive a full refund for both services $300.00 but has failed to provide either. Furthermore, he has said on four separate occasions that he was resending 'said' packages, twice with tracking information but never provided that to me. Whenever I have made contact he has been defensive and dismissive.

Revdex.com,

I have sent the digital pictures off to the customer. It went out yesterday (Thursday 08-23-18) and I have included the tracking number below.

Normally I would be upset that something went to the Revdex.com but in this case, it is a blessing due to the fact of challenges ourselves with this customer. We went this taken care of just as much as she does. I have a recorded phone call when she first requested this refund and her husband was using extreme amounts of foul language. Every phone call with this person (***) has always been extremely hostile. We have attempted to do everything we can result in what is now being sent. this is interesting because we just spoke Thursday 08-23-18 at 5:21 PM. In that call, she was demanding and hostile wanting to know how each minute of my day was spent. She continued wanting tracking info for this package as well as pictures. I explained that I would happily email her no later than 6:30 PM and I did as you can see with proof of the included email.

This customer is a little bit confused on our contract and what we say about prints. What is said in the contract is that if you pay for the on-site prints add-on and for any reason the printing option fails, we, for the same price without refunding, will send out prints from our office. She is wanting a refund for the on-site prints to add on and therefore will not receive prints. She can receive prints should she want to not receive a refund for that element.

I leave that choice to her. Either I will send her prints and not refund the $199 or I can refund the $199 for the prints and not sent the prints. Unfortunately, I am not at authorized to do both as I am not the only owner of this business.

Things have been so stressful that in the last email I had to explain that she is no longer welcome to phone us at the office number and is welcome to only communicate via email. We simply had no choice as you can see below with the attach phone records our phone system displayed. She phoned over and over (bellow) all day long starting at just past 11 AM when every email I send I make my hours clear that I work from 3 PM to 11 PM. the person who was in during the time she was calling over and over was actually scared to death and left early thinking she was unsafe.

***Revdex.com redacted attachment***

I am still confused at why she is demanding a full refund of the ceremony sound system. It was there and set up. We had a problem with the microphone but still used the ceremony system to playback all of the ceremony music such as bridesmaids, professional, and recessional.

Also, I think she might be unaware but she never was charged for the ceremony sound system add-on. After further research this past weekend we never charged her the $99 for that service. She received it for free. The proof is below:

***Revdex.com redacted attachment***

Here is a picture of the ceremony sound system:

***Revdex.com redacted pictures***

It was there otherwise they would not have heard any music play, RIGHT?

So to end I just need to know what she wants to do about the prints. I am happy to print and send them off immediately and I am also happy to refund her for the prints and send that off immediately but I am not authorized to do both. We can not refund for the ceremony package she never paid for.

If she has proof of the charges in question I would be only to happy to refund for everything except the initial charge for the package.

He literally quit two days before our wedding with a made up lie about the d.j. he had for our wedding supposedly getting into a car wreck. With a little research we found out that he had used the same lie on another wedding the month prior only this time it was him that supposedly got in the wreck. Funny thing is we talked to him the very next week after he no showed this poor couple and he didn't mention anything about a wreck and was in great spirits. The lie he used for that wedding was he had broken legs and was in a wheel chair. Flash forward to our wedding he uses the exact same story about the wheelchair only this time it's another d.j. Tells us he tried calling and emailing us two and half weeks prior but got no response and has record of our refund which as of today we still haven't received. I blew him up on Facebook and then he sends an email ( wow this time it worked magically) that he is sending a check in the mail. This guy is a real piece of work! Found one post on Facebook about him where he wrote his own review and then responded to himself! He has also been banned from venues due to his no show behavior and unprofessional practices (left one wedding to get fast food while songs skipped). If I could give him zero stars I would.

I contracted a D.J. Service for my wedding. I was supposed to have ceremony service, lights & sound, reception service & photo booth.

1) DJ did not show up on time for my wedding.
2) DJ did not have equipment to provide ceremony service. No sound, no music & no microphones.
3) DJ did not have any lighting for my reception.
4) DJ did not pay music requested for my Garter toss or Bouquet toss.
5) "Owner" showed up and proceeded to yell at me, my day of coordinator, my step dad and threaten to punch my photographer.
6) Promised a refund and has not refunded me.

To whom it may concern,

*** hired our company to provide DJ services for her wedding. She came in under a special deal affording her theopportunity to pay just half of our normal pricing. The day of the event the DJ assigned to this event arrived behind schedule forset up witch led him to a delay getting started for the start of the event. I was the manager on duty that day and once advised ofthe situation from our DJ I immediately rolled to the location of the event. I was told the DJ was being yelled at by the bride. TheDJ was ready to start for the reception start time and did.

Sunday 05-20-18 When I arrived they had not and would not have done the bouquet and garter toss at that point. I was next tothe DJ trying to get updated on where we were in the event. The bride herself walked up and said we would not be doing thebouquet and garter toss. This was a choice she made. The DJ was clear that we could do it when she was ready and she againsaid no. The brides guests as well as herself enjoyed dancing the entire time I was there and they were on the dance floor at myarrival. Supporting pictures will show this.

At the event the bride was clear with me that she didn't want to pay anything due to the late start. Only due to her comment did Isay the following. I replied that if the intent was to not pay we would need to pack up and leave. I said this because we don't doanything for free. I didn't mean it to be rude, however, it’s a fact. I was more than happy to negotiate a refund. She simply walkedaway. Our service missed the first 40-minutes of the 6-hour event.

I then walked up to the parking lot but before that a lady with a camera chased me down and started yelling at me. She was beingbelligerent and I was really not at liberty to discuss the situation with her. I said that I would not talk to her about this. Shecontinued yelling using a great deal of foul language. This really seemed odd to me if she was indeed the photographer. I wouldnever step in to any vendor dispute with a customer no matter how grand. I asked if she was the photographer hired. I mentionedthat she should not be yelling at me about ethics if she was any kind of professional. She then said she was the bridesbest friend. That made sense to me. I said for the last time I could not discuss this with her. She replied and I quote “what, areyou goanna hit me”. I replied “no, where do you get that from, don't put words in my mouth”. I walked away.

I then made my way to the parking lot and using company 2-way radio contacted another owner to get their position on this. Wedon't tolerate this kind of situation including guests yelling at us or our staff. While up there the brides father came up and saidhe would like to discuss the refund. He was very nice and we spoke and agreed at a $400 refund. It was more than I was thinkingof offering but I wanted the bride to feel good about the refund. He went down to ask the bride if that would work and cameback saying it was accepted.

Monday 05-21-18 was the next business day for us. I let the person that handles our bookkeeping know that we would be issuinga refund to this customer and that it was authorized. We needed to see if we could do a refund back to the card she used orif we should send a check. Most banks don't allow a credit on transactions that are so old. In our contract she signed we talkabout any refund given can take up to 90-days. It would never take that long but we allow ourselves the time.Tuesday 05-22-18 I sent her a short and polite email saying I had put in for the refund and we would be working on it.Thursday 05-24-18 She emailed me with an abrasive email saying it hasn't hit her card yet and where was her refund. The refundwould never have happened that fast in a good month. The refund was being worked on by other staff. I ended up gettingsick and was out of the office through the holiday. I was back On Tuesday 05-29-18.

On Tuesday 05-29-18 exactly 8-business days after her wedding day she emailed me. This email was more severe and hostile. She went on to say that if the refund didn't hit her card by Friday 06-01-18 she would contact the Revdex.com as well as a lawyer. Asyou can see in my supported documents she wrote and sent the email that says we have till Friday 2-days ago. The same day orabout 10-hours later she contacted you at the Revdex.com. I hadn't received the opportunity to even reply to her that fast.

Now she is requesting all of her money back. We didn't even have a chance to not follow her request and she is still punishingus. We have talked about this and we are still willing to do a $400 refund, something I think is more than fair. We are not willingto do a full refund. We feel that if everything was that bad she should have sent the DJ home and fired him. This is a classiccase of a bride wanting the DJ to finish out an event because its convenient and not having the DJ would most certainly end theevent even earlier but not wanting to pay. We don't operate under that theory.

Although she agreed to a 90-day window for any refunds we really were pushing to get it out to her quickly. She would have hadit Friday but now due to the Revdex.com interaction and her asking for more we halted everything. I wouldn't want to send a check out toher for the agreed upon $400 just for her to not accept it. Her actions with being “quick to draw” when she was saying Fridayspeaks to the legitimacy of what she says. Because it is hard to trust her and that she wont change her mind again or stick withwhat she agrees to I am happy we have a third party watching. We would like to agree to the deal we had and I will overnightthe refund to her providing the Revdex.com the tracking information.

We do care a great deal about customer service and we really do want this customer happy. With that said we are very sensitiveto the fact that we are in the service industry and cant return what has been provided. I wouldn't want any customer to pay forwhat they didn't receive but we are adamant customers pay for what they do receive. Hopefully the refund we already agreed towill be held to and we can all move on from this.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because:
The responses from this man never cease to amazing me!
In the process of planning my wedding my father passed away due to heart complications. I choose to use the song that I planned to walk down the aisle to for my dad’s slide show at his funeral. Moving forward it was hard to envision how my special day would go without my mother (she passed away 10 years ago) or father walking beside me. After long contemplation I decided to still use this same song that way in a sense my father would still be walking me down the aisle. I realized how emotional yet perfect this moment would be. That’s when I decided I would hire a professional DJ. I found Jazz It Up productions on Facebook advertising a Black Friday special for half off their Rose Package. This package was supposed to be the best one they offered. This company was supposedly rated #1 on wedding wire. Or so they claim! I paid for my DJ service in full 6 months before my wedding!
On the day of my wedding, May 20th, 2018, the DJ did not show up on time nor did he have any equipment to provide ceremony service. This was supposed to be the biggest day in a woman’s life. One she’s dreamed about since she was a little girl. You can imagine how devastated I was to be standing there in that moment knowing that my dream was not going to come true. I was advised to stay away from the DJ completely and try to salvage what was left of my big day.
After mingling for a little bit I decided to speed up the progression of events. I approached the DJ booth and asked to play the music for my bouquet toss. It was at this point Aaron S pulled me aside and asked if he could talk to me. I expressed to him my concerns and exactly what he had done. He told me at that point he would refund $200 and that’s it. If I did not agree to this he would pack up and leave right then. In disbelief I just turned and walked away. They refused to play my bouquet toss song. Instead just turned off the music. Aaron S proceeded to yell at my day of coordinator and raised his fist my photographer. My step dad went over to talk with him and it was at that time I agreed to a $400 refund just so we could stop all the ciaos that was occurring at my wedding.
On May 28th, 2018 I opened my first Revdex.com claim. Aaron responded with an email full of lies making me out to be an ungrateful bride who didn’t want to pay for services that I received. In this email he did agree to overnight me the $400 and provide a tracking number so I choose to withdraw my claim. Three weeks went by with no check just email after email of excuse and lies. On June 18th, 2018 I received an email with a tracking number say my check would be delivered the next day. Three more days came and went and nothing. I went to the post office and asked about the tracking number. Aaron S had gone to a USPS self-kiosk and purchased the tracking but never dropped the package in the mail. Three more weeks went by of promises, excuses and lies and still no check. It was at this point on July 8th, 2018 that I choose to reopen my Revdex.com claim. On July 10th, 2018 Aaron S finally dropped the package in the mail and I received it on July 11th, 2018. I video recorded the sealed package and me opening it. The check in the package was expired and had written on it 2nd attempt. It was dated May 28th, 2018 with a 30 day expiration. When I contacted Aaron S he stated that this must have been the first check I was receiving. Even though I have documentation from USPS showing exactly what the chain of events was with this tracking number. He ensured me the check is still good. On July 12th I left work early and took this check to my credit union and they told me that the check was invalid because of the expiration. On July 13th, 2018 I drove over an hour to what I thought was his credit union just to find out it was only an atm. It was at this point my husband suggested we e-deposit the check through my bank app. To my surprise it worked! I did not contact Aaron S after this point. On July 18th, 2018 Aaron S responded to my Revdex.com claim acting as if I filed this claim after I successfully deposited my check. Aaron accused me of hoarding checks to make him look like a bad person yet was unable to produce a tracking number that was put in the mail before July 10th, 2018.
On July 19th, 2018 Aaron S contacted me via email and offered me $300 to retract my Revdex.com claim in full. I will not do this for any amount of money! This man needs to be stopped… He preys on vulnerable brides.

Sincerely

stefan was an incredible choice for our wedding. He met with us a month before the wedding, calmed my nerves, and helped us plan the wedding reception order of events. Our cocktail hour was fantastic with all the smoother jams we requested. He then ran an incredible party for the rest of the reception. We had so many requests and stefan played them all. Our dance floor was literally packed for 3 hours--the napkins became headbands! Thank you so much, stefan! Our wedding was incredible and that was largely due to stefans skills.

I could not write enough positive words to describe how happy we were with stefan and Jazz It Up Productions! From the consultation to the their website, we felt confident throughout the entire process. stefan was well prepared the day of the wedding and even showed up earlier than he stated! The best part of all? He had my entire wedding guests on the dance floor THE ENTIRE NIGHT!!! You will not be disappointed! This company will take great care of you and your event!!!

I paid for a DJ service for my wedding. The DJ did not show to my wedding. I was promised a refund via credit card. It was explained to me that would not be possible and I signed a contract stating they would provide me with a refund via cashiers check within 30 days. I instead received a business check that bounced due to non sufficient funds in the bank account costing me an additional $8 on top of the $699 already owed to me. The vendor will no longer contact me and I still have not received my refund.

Jazz It-Up Productions Response

Revdex.com,
This is an interesting story that started off with disaster. We were booked to DJ at the complainants wedding. She did pay in full the amount she states. On the way to her event prior to the setup time, the van was in a serious accident. It was bad enough that two major intersections closed for hours. I had to show up to the scene along with another van to pick up the equipment that was in the van. One DJ (the driver) had serious damage to the leg and still can't walk at all. The passenger hit her head on the windshield and they were taken away to the hospital. The third passenger who was in what we call a jump seat in the back of the van didn't have any damage but was trembling with fear. Her parents had to come get her home. These DJs are all very strong people who all have hundreds of events under their belts. It was heartbreaking to see the one DJ crying in fear while she grasped her mother's hand and wouldn't let go.
I (from my truck) immediately emailed and called this customer. I had no answer to the number we had (not surprising being the wedding day) and so I emailed her to make sure I covered all of my bases. I was at the hospital most of that day but never received any phone call from this customer. I assumed she had received my email. Just a few days later the agreement was, of course, to get a refund sent right out to the customer. The refund was sent and nothing more said or heard from ***.
A month later I heard from *** to find out that she hadn't yet received anything. This surprised me as I was the very person who put this in the mailbox myself. I also had never received anything returned to us. After checking I noticed that the check had also never been cashed. I scratched my head and moved on. We sent a new envelope out with a fresh check. Once again she emailed a while later to say that she had not received that one either. This scenario happened again except this time the bookkeeper forgot to stop payment on the check and that was the reason she ended up with the bad check.
I have been in constant contact with her until Thanksgiving evening when for some reason out of the blue she decided it would be a great idea to lie in reviews she left online. She has ended up with some issues. One review website made it clear to hear that she was breaking their terms and conditions and either she tone down her review to the facts or they would remove it. At the 11th hour, she decided to alter it. This very night on Thanksgiving I emailed her to ask why she was doing this and that we have sent numerous refunds to her. She never responded to me after that. I sent another email saying that one of our investors lives a few cities away from her and would be happy to meet with her and directly hand her the payment. Again, no response.
We have several people here as well as our bookkeeper, attorney, and investors who all think she has received all of these refunds. While she has not cashed any of them but one we firmly believe she is stockpiling these envelopes. Two of the tracking numbers for two of the envelopes clearly say the envelopes were delivered and received by her. We have not received any return mail at all, ever.
One might question why she would do this but to me its simple. The longer she makes this go the worse she is making us look.
Last I heard from her she was taking this to her attorney which I thought was a breath of fresh air. Our contract says clearly that she assigned away the ability to sue us or take any legal action but apparently, she hasn't read that. We want her to get her money and be done with this. I have approximately 300+ customers a year and while I really want to take care of *** I'm sure this is wasting her valuable time and I know it is wasting my time. Because we firmly feel she has received all of these envelops we need to explore other options to get her the money.
Option #1 - We are more than happy to mail the refund (money order) to the Revdex.com and have the Revdex.com forward it to ***.
Option #2 - We could send *** the refund on a money order.
This needs to come to an end quickly so all parties can move on. We also first want *** to have her refund right away. Customer service has always been important to us and will always be. We are here for Mrs. Hall when she decides what refund method is best.

Customer Response

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: Once I receive an actual refund, not a business check that bounces or the promise of a FedEx delivery that never arrives, I will accept this as resolved. Please do actually mail me the refund.

Sincerely

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: I still have not received a refund.

I have contacted Aaron ( The Business Owner) and created a contract with him to Dj for my wedding in 2018. The Contract was signed, and I paid in full on 08/05/17 for $899.00. 12 days later, the company had charged my credit card a second time for 898.00 on 8/17/17. The exact day that my card was charged, I had contacted Aaron about this to get it corrected. He was willing to credit it back, and said "You should see a credit within 3-10 business day max". I waited until 10 business days and never received a credit back. I contacted him again on Sept 6, 2017 to let him know that nothing has been credited back. He said he would submit the refund again, and I should get it back in 3 business days. on Sept. 11,2017 Still no refund. He advised that he would send a check, and get this to the book keeper.on September 14,2017 "through USPS via Priority Mail and will email you the tracking number". A week had passed. Haven't heard from him. So I had contacted him AGAIN! and he states its because I didn't fill out a form. He sends me a form. I signed and sent it on 9/21/17. The form states he has ANOTHER 30 days to send out a check with a tracking number. On OCT 20,2017 , I contact him again, because I have not heard from him or received a check. He said he was Sick. Every time I had contacted him, there was always an excuse. "I was sick, my wife has cancer, because you haven't signed a form, our system is slow". I have contacted him on 11/4/17 to cancel my contract with him. He said that someone will contact me to get that process started. But still haven't heard from them about that. Its 11/10/17 And I have not received a refund, Even though he said he sent it out 2 times. I will let my credit card company handle this.

Customer Response

I am unsure of where those checks he sent out went to, because I've never received the tracking numbers for them. But I am beyond happy of the resolution.

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Sincerely
