Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because Edward N [redacted] did not acknowledge the essential request to have the $reimbursed for the cost of the ACTUAL tow as the insurance company did not cover that part, they ONLY covered the damages that were madeFurthermore, not all of this information in his response is trueOut of the several voice mails I received from MrN [redacted] during this whole fiasco, only the last one had stated "I can go through my insurance OR call him directly." Most were trying to cut a deal between the two of us directly which is VERY unprofessionalEspecially without notifying me, the customer of the whereabouts of my vehicle for an entire eveningI finally found out where my car was the next morning through calling the dealership - they did not have any record of my carThen contacting my insurance - which they were not notified as well and had to reach out to Jazz Towing to find out and let me know where my car wasAll together, this was an extremely unorganized and unprofessional way of doing business Sincerely, [redacted]

Wednesday, June 7th I Edward N*** was dispatched by Agero to pick up a customers vehicle. Scion tC, I loaded the car and began driving to destination (Titus-Will Toyota Scion Tacoma)On the way I got a flat tire on my tow truck delaying the job until the following morning.Which would be
Thursday June 8thThe vehicle was secured over night on my propertyThe following day one of JAZZ TOWING'S employees delivered the vehicleWhile unloading the vehicle off the bed the jay hooks which secure the car while on the bed were somehow detached during winching, which unfortunately caused the car to roll off the bedThis resulted minor damage to the bumperJAZZ TOWING took full responsibility in covering all damages sustained during this incident.JAZZ TOWING takes responsibility in providing quality service to our customersAfter the incident I Edward N*** did make contact with the customer, explaining the situationI gave her the option to go thru insurance or to go to a repair shop of her choice and I would cover all damagesThe situation has been handled and all repairs have been granted

JAZZ TOWING, has taken full responsibility and has covered all obligated cost in settling this matter. I EDWARD N[redacted], also have documented records of contact made to insurer to cover the $100 that was requested for inconvenience, I never received a response from her. So I proceeded to handle all settlements  thru insurance. We have done everything on our part to ensure customer satisfaction after the incident occurred. Thank you

Furthermore, not all of this information in his response is true.
