Jazzy B Landscape design came recommended by ***. She was great to work with until it came to the quality of her product. She built a very large and very expensive Living Green Wall for our client, and did not back up her specifications. She replaced some plants and they died yet again, within days of installation. She refused to take responsibility and also refused care of the plants to begin with. She placed a Lien on our business for the remainder of her invoice before we were able to settle on a solution and threatened to take legal action if we did not pay her. We have to pay another $2,000 to replace the dead plants and feel as though she should be responsible for this bill.

Billing Adjustment We believe Jazzy B Landscape should be responsible for the cost of replacing the plants they installed, as they were paid IN FULL.
I worked for this company which was not easy because of the fact that the homeowner was working with one person and I was working another person, so communication was difficult. They accepted my estimate which states that final payment due on day project completed and it also states that Jazzy B does not guarantee plants/sod, which all estimate do automatically add these this in when estimate is created. We were on project for a total of 5 full days with 4 people. I had to order wall system from California, which I had to pay out of pocket for. We redid plants twice due to miscommunication in that they did not send me plant list of plants chosen by client, so we used plants on list that was given to them. Client didn't like the look, sticking me with 100 plants she didn't want. I went out of my way to have a friend bring up plants from south Florida that were unavailable up here, and I checked everywhere for the Wondering Jew & Neo pothos. The plants we installed started to crashing and I replaced bad plants for the 3rd time and the pump for watering was burnt out, along with the timer, so we replaced them. The framing was done 3times with complaints each time. This client was never going to be satisfied with anything that we did, so I refunded $700. for a licensed carpenter to framing as we are licensed landscapers, not Carpenters. Jazzy B service department had no openings at that time for their client and sent them an email explaining that we did have an opening and a different company would be better for their client. We are not required to service any of the projects we do. They sent email stating that the project was completed and 3 weeks later complained that the plants were not doing well. Again project was completed and they didn't send check. So I sent a notice to owner, I did not place a lien on any property. I do know what I can legally do in this situation and I did. The only reason they contacted the Revdex.com is to force me to pay for more plants that are not under any guarantee as stated in the estimate they accepted.
