For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThis? business? response is? ludicrousWe did NOT cancel any commitment to jazzymae photography [redacted] sent us an email? canceling? any remainder servicesWe were not told that the $deposit was non-refundable and never? received? a contract or documentation stating soThis was only brought up after we were unsatisfied with the product and serviceNot only did he cancel any future service he has kept our money and failed to deliver all photos taken.I have attached some supporting documents regarding dates and details he failed to provide the service promisedI first tried to find a resolution with this business when a re-shoot was offeredThis service also failed to be delivered.?
