Classic Construction was contacted by [redacted] and dispatched to the customer’s house with the customer’s permission. These employees were pulled off a job to temporarily secure this customers roof so that no further damage would occur. As is standard practice Classic Construction has charged...
for travel time to and from the customer’s home since the employees were already on a job working. Classic Construction does not determine the price of these repairs, the handling Insurance Company tells Classic Construction what they will pay. This issue has been going on for several months now and left Classic no choice but to take the actions we have. This issue has now been escalated to a manager at [redacted] who is working on resolving this issue. What this customer is also leaving out is that Classic Construction completed an additional estimate to replace their roof and this too was approved by the insurance company. However once the customer received the check per Classic estimate, decided that they would like to shop around for a cheaper price. As well as complain about the temporary repair invoice.
