J&B Auto Service

Ongoing mechanical problem with my 2003 Oldsmobile Alero since August 5th, 2011. J&B Auto Service attempted to replace the clutch and master cylinder three times and as of November 18, 2011; the car broke down again with the same problem. When attempting to contact J&B Auto Service to come and tow the car back to their shop to fix the problem for the 4th time, they wanted me to arrange and pay for the towing and they would "look" at the vehicle again. Upon making these arrangements, the towing company (who is also a repair shop) sensed my frustration and advised me that I could have the car delivered to their shop and the parts would still be covered under warranty and they would fix the problem. It is now, December 12th and I have yet to find a solution to the mass of problems J&B Auto Service did to my car. The car is still not running and I have yet to get the final observations of what was wrong with the car and the new invoice from the other repair shop. I still have an outstanding balance with J&B for $ 691.55. I will not be paying this invoice until I find out what the newer repairs will cost me and I will be deducting that amount from the original invoice. If there is still a balance on the new account, J&B needs to pay the invoice for the damage that was done to my car when they attempted to fix the clutch during the first fourt times.
