Review: Contractor conducted concrete work and the concrete has developed spider web cracks throughout. Contractor says that he will do good and correct the problem but he has failed to comply. He has been promising this for the past three months and has not live up to his wordDesired Settlement: Contractor needs to repair the broken concrete throughout or refund me $9000.00 so that I can get someone to repair the broken concrete
