We are an upscale online Men's clothing & gifts retailer...shipping better merchandise around the world. We do a great number of Custom and Personalized orders in Clothing, Gifts and Jewelry. We have been in business since 1972 in Indianapolis. We were regular "Brick and Mortar" retailers...

for 28 years...now strictly on the internet for 22 years + . Most of our upscale customers
realize that we sell specialized items... hard to obtain sizes, personalized gifts, custom suits, shirts, expensive leather jackets and topcoats. We sell very high-end products of the highest quality.
We are sorry to see this very negative review from [redacted] ! We reviewed his file. We promptly shipped his three pair of trousers to him. (They ship out of Canada so take a few extra days in transit.) He was very happy he said with two of them and promptly took them to the tailor. One pair was a little different
color that he wanted so he asked to return them. We provided return instructions to him................................................................................⇄ but the trousers NEVER arrived. We asked him to start a TRACE with UPS for the package as he was the one who shipped them. (This is the UPS or led Ex procedure....whoever ships must start the search.) We have not had any further note from him on this lost package as of today. Once they arrive---he will be
credited. WE HAVE NEVER HEARD ANYTHING SINCE----to this day   on this search or additional emails from him. If he has written to us....we have not received those emails. We ask that he resend any further correspondence.
Dann Clothing has been online for 22 years and has shipped thousands of items per year to many happy customers. Packages can and do go astray due to weather, mis-marked addresses on the box. We attempt to resolve all issues as quickly as possible.
