This company also does snow plowing. He does our neighbors house. One day we asked him to add our driveway when he does our neighbors house. Then yesterday we finally had enough snow fall that needed to be plowed, about 5-6 inches. I called them to confirm he would be coming. I asked that he clear the driveway and the driveway that wraps around the side of the house.

My wife came home from work that evening to find that not only was the driveway not finished, but this man plowed our lawn, tearing it up in the process. He also tore up a flower bed, destroying it. He left the area in front of our garage door unplowed.

When I called him about this, he because loud and belligerent, saying that we were to blame for this because "the snow was like concrete" and "we left the trash cans in his way" and "there was no place to push the snow."

First of all, we've had our driveway plowed before and this was never an issue. We are talking about a 5-6" snowfall. There is plenty of room along the right of the house to push the snow to. There was absolutely no need to drive his plow over our lawn. None!

Second, the trash cans were against the house. All he had to do was drive one foot over to the right to miss them, which is all we wanted him to do. He did manage to plow snow onto our already shoveled front walkway. By the way, we have photos of the job he did if anyone doesn't believe this.

This guy sure has some brass ones to blame us from this disaster.
