The merchant got my email and sent ads using Allen Degeners story that she quited TV show because she discovers this skin product When I entered my info to order the trial product, terms and conditions only showed a short period of time in my phone then disappeared They didn't sent me
any order or delivery confirmation I have no record at allWhen I called to cancel, the merchant checked their record and admitted I did cancel my re-current order few days before trial period, and agreed not to charge to my account and stop shipping But they charged to my account , not once but twiceOn the other hand, they never ship any product to me beside the trial productWhen I called second time, the merchant still agreed to refund chargers of $ However, later for dispute through my credit card company-Citibank, the merchant use different product terms and conditions to denied their refund See the attatchment I received different product that showed in their dispute package The merchant has all the terms & documentation for their defense; but I, as a customer never received any documentation or records because they never sent them to me I only received refund agreement e-mail from them that was after Citibank customer representative asking them to doPlease look into this company I believe I am not the only one There are more people out there
