Benita ***Sorry for the delay in responding. We were out of town last week.Down below you will see a picture of my ladder which you can see has rubber feet on them, so they could not have made marks on his deck. The legs he saw wrapped were on the stand outs that go onto the roof or
siding as you can see in the second picture. As for the feet of soffit. I told him before we started that if we didn't feel that we could tear off the soffit and put new soffit in due to the small amount of clearance that we wouldn't do it. As for the amount of debris that he is talking about. We tore off over feet of soffit and fascia along with almost 300 feet of gutter. There are bound to be some debris. As with the rest of his allegations, he likes to exaggerate. And the accusation that we threw debris onto *** *** *** is a bold face lie. As soon as I hear the statement "why have insurance if your not going to use it" as he stated to me should be a red flag. I am fully insured, but I'm not going to partake in a scam to screw them over.As for a resolution. I will be willing to refund $for the soffit even though I shouldn't have to due to the conversation we had before the job started. Thanks*** ***JB GUTTERS LLC

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I could send a great deal more pics of damage and debris but the system only allows so many. With their ladders at my house, I can show exactly how the damage occurred. Prior to discovering damage to deck surfaces, their devices were the ONLY thing on the surface of a brand new deck that could have made such marks! I have so much more debris you would/should be shocked! The debris was indeed thrown in park as I discovered it and cleaned it up myself. I have it separated from the rest of the debris. Their inability to replace the missing soffit should have been discussed correct? Not left for me to discover on my own! Now I'm offered a refund because the Revdex.com is involved? We have also been to the tire shop since with 5 different tire penetration from gutter hardware. I have pics of this as well. Tires were temporality fixed but will need replacing too. ultimately, the Revdex.com should ask BJ Gutters the same question I did... would this matter be handled in the same fashion if the contractor was not paid in full??? I haven't received a reply to that one yet. Also, it begs the question... why would I pay him in full if I was trying to "scam" him??? Bottom line is, the damage was discovered after being paid in full but shared that evening and now they refuse to acknowledge their problem.
