JB Hunt emailed me that my refrigerator was supposed to be at my house between 4:15-8:PM on November 23rd,so I arranged to have my neighbor who was off for the day come over to my house at 3:to waitWhen she got there she immediately called me to tell me that the delivery person was there at 3pm, and had left a slip saying he left at 3:I called the company immediately and asked if they could get the truck to turn aroundIt couldn't have been more than miles away when I calledThe man who answered the phone said that his driver had already worked a long day and couldn't turn aroundHe told me that my fridge wouldn't be able to be delivered for another week because of the Thanksgiving holidayI told him that I was hosting Thanksgiving dinner and that I didn't have a refrigeratorI also explained that the email that was sent said the delivery time was in plain print on the emailThen man then told me that he could put it in the back of his friends pick up and have it to my house on WednesdayI told him NO!!! I didn't want my new refrigerator traveling over miles in the back of someones pick up in the drizzly weatherHe then said he would call backHe called back minutes laterHe said that JB Hunt could get the refrigerator there on Tuesday, November 24th between 9-Believing that it was going to be delivered in the back of a JB Hunt business truck, I had arranged for my mom to be there when the delivery was to be madeWhen the delivery man arrived, my new refrigerator, uncovered, was in the back of a pick up that had traveled over milesThe weather that day also was not the best, it was sprinkling on my new refrigeratorThe delivery man was very kind, my mom saidHe only came by himself so it took him lots of time to get my broken down fridge out and the new fridge inEven after all of this, when I got home, I realized that the doors to my new refrigerator were so off that the seal was letting out cold airI am now returning the new refrigerator to the store I bought it from, CostcoAfter speaking to Costco Corporate Office, they have offered several apologies and said over and over again that it is not what they expect out of people that are contracted to deliver for them
I live in *** I called JB Hunt headquarters and they told me that I needed to call Whirlpool since it was under warranty to fix the doors I called Whirlpool and they told me that it was the installers job

JB Hunt is the worst delivery company ever. Purchased a tempurpedic bedframe from a local store for back issues. Once delivered (local delivery) we discovered that it was broken underneath. Local store instructed that Tempurpedic would replace. Tempurpedic was fabulous about replacing the frame however JB Hunt was used for "delivery".
First attempt: I am notified it has arrived at their warehouse and delivery date would be arranged. Scheduled Wed, 2 WEEKS later (as that is the 1st possible time available - ridiculous!) Day before notification of time between 3-5 pm. We couldn't do between 3-5 due to a work issue and after being on hold for 30+ minutes, rescheduled for Fri. Arranged to take Fri off work. Delivery guy shows up Wed anyway and at 12noon! Luckily my husband happened to be home. As soon as the frame box was opened it was clear it was quite damaged. I'm guessing it didn't leave Tempurpedic torn and broken! We refused delivery and called JB Hunt to report wrong delivery day and damage. Another 20+ minute phone call.
Side note, got a message the next day - Thurs that my Fri delivery was scheduled 3-5pm - apparently they are so messed up no one noticed they had already come Wed and had to call again (20+ min hold again) to tell them they had everything screwed up.
Also then called Tempurpedic to report. They immediately shipped another frame. Again delivery scheduled 2 WEEKS beyond arrival at JBHunt warehouses. Delivery window 3-5pm. Took off work AGAIN. Day of, get a call at 3:30 saying "sorry the driver is sick today so we need to reschedule" OMG!!!! If the guy is sick fine, but wait until the day is gone to let me know?? Total disregard for customers.
So now I have been sleeping on a broken frame for almost 2 months. I have already taken 2 days off work so JBHunt can pretend to deliver and now they expect me to take another so maybe they can show up, on time, with a hopefully "undamaged in shipping"! frame for me. Horrible customer service, horrible time lag from their receipt to actual delivery, and they do not care how much time off work you rack up to get them to deliver. Can't get the times or even days right. I ended up contacting the local store I originally purchased the frame from to simply return it. If JB Hunt is the only way to get a replacement frame I'd rather live with the back pain.

We placed an order through Whirlpool in mid October, and they contracted with JB Hunt to do the delivery and install. Not quite a week later - long enough that we were questioning whether the order even processed and called to confirm - I got a call the night before the expected delivery date with a 9:15am to 1:15pm window. This is not acceptable notice for any delivery, but especially for a work day. We couldn't be home on such short notice, so we called to change the delivery date. I took a day off work to be here only to find out they sent only two people to deliver our refrigerator when our model requires three to move up the stairs. To correct this mistake Whirlpool offered a 10% discount, but the only thing JB Hunt was willing to do is have someone contact me to reschedule. Zero accountability, zero accommodation, zero remorse, zero answers as to why this happened. I will never recommend JB Hunt for anything based on this experience, and I am urging Whirlpool to contract with other companies going forward. Please cut off JB Hunt entirely. This has been a horrible experience, and it is still not resolved.
