This is the Owner of midwest xpress and the driver as well reaching out to you for the last time before I go ahead and call my Lawyer about this, we haul a load with you on February 10th to Michigan with two drops , the load was paid $1499
On February 15th 2022 we received a settlement of $711 and shows that $750 was an advance requested by the driver. I am the driver. I never requested any advance and even if I did , where is it ?.
My broker was Laura Acosta Contacted by emails and phones several times with no response since the first time we talked to her about the issue. She said that she will take care of it after that day.
I contacted your customer service several times and they referred the email to her for nothing and your customer service or accounting department cant do anything about it without Laura Acosta .
I emailed carrier support several times and they are saying it's paid off , no it wasn't we got paid only $711 out $1499.
We want to book more loads but we can't because of this scam. I was advised by my lawyer not to until we solve this issue.
I am asking you again and niceley for the last time to look into this matter and pay me my money. Thank you.
Review: Ordered Whirlpool refrigerator online, added delivery. JBHunt was apparently contracted to deliver/instal. At delivery I had to refuse refrigerator due to delivery/installer not being able to entirely install (Whirlpool apparently doesn't let installers attatch waterline to existing copper tubing.) I did not know, this was nowhere online, or I wouldn't have ordered.Delivery/installer (JBHunt empolyee) said I could refuse delivery and then get refunded in full. Delivery was 1/23/13. Today is 3/19/13. I am still waiting for refund. I've made countless calls to Whirlpool, who has then called/conferenced in JBHunt. Refrigerator is lost in the warehouse, no refund still.Desired Settlement: I would like $728.20 refunded to my [redacted] plus an additional 10%, which is what I've paid as interest on my credit card so far, these past two months. So the total of $873.84.Thank you.
