To whom it may concern: [redacted] contacted me on January 8, 2016, regarding his online trainingHe advised me that his time ran outI have enclosed the User Report from my systemIt shows that he made attempts to log in and spent a total time of minutes in my server logged inHe is less than forthright with respect to his allegations in reporting to the Revdex.com that the clock was at hours and minutes, which minutes would have expiredHe was only in the system for minutesI have his IP address to prove itFurthermore, the clock issues is the time running out overnight without him logging outNot just pausing the system The system says he gets chances and he used oneI have reset the system and he has been notifiedThe email is scanned hereto and attached and made part of this communication Sincerely, Joseph B [redacted] , Training Director
Although, I am not a member of the Revdex.com at this time, I am going to address the concerns of [redacted] herein after ComplainantOn January 28, 2015, I conducted [redacted] Handgun class with studentsUpon introduction with the students, Complainant immediately expressed she was married to a DC Police OfficerThroughout the morning of January 28, 2015, several comments made by the Complainant were disruptive to the studentsComplainant disagreed with the training on several occasionsThe other students told me they were uncomfortable with the Complainant and another student who alleged he was and overseas contractorWithout regard for the other students skill level, Complainant continued to openly discuss matters which were not relevant to the training topicI told Complainant on several occasions that comments were inappropriate and that she did not have the certification for teaching in the Commonwealth and what ever her law enforcement husband has advised her that her comments were not in accordance with state level training, the curriculum, or lesson planAs a reality based trainer with years of experience in the Private Security field, I have certified thousands of students, prepared them for the field and have most of those return for in-service trainingI believe that the experience, knowledge, skills and attitude I have gained over the years is mostly appreciated by studentsAll students take a minute break every hourAs the Training Director, I return calls, answer emails etc., on the breaksWith respect to the presentation on Power PointEvery effort is made to provide state-of-the-art training to studentsThis is to ensure that the training content is legal and valid in terms of currently accepted practices and procedures of the Commonwealth of Virginia, Office of Regulatory Affairs, Department of Criminal Justice Services, Division of Law Enforcement & Security Services and the Private Security CommunityI am ultimately responsible to the citizens of the communities the security officers represent and I continually strive to earn the confidence of the public by meeting the standards of excellence that our communities expect of the qualified and efficient Private Security professionals I certify
