J.B. Landscaping

Review: JB installed some plants last Fall. A couple of the plants did not make it through the winter. I've called JB several times and left messages but they have not returned any of my calls. Also, the owner, [redacted], stopped by our house to design a new planting area. It's been several weeks and still no plan, no call with an update and no return calls on the voicemail. Can you please provide some assistance?Desired Settlement: A telephone call from JB with an update of the landscape design and replace the plants that did not recover from last winter.
