I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.

***) said they shipped my item to another customer and they would have that customer mail it to me. I did not feel comfortable receiving the machine from a 3d party customer. I attached the PayPal dispute with my initial complaintThe PayPal dispute expired because I chose to not escalate it to a claimWith a PayPal claim I would most likely have to ship the machine back to Akimono.comThe Pachislo machine weighs approximately pounds and it would cost approximately $to $to ship backI did not trust that Akimono.com would refund my money and even if they did I would also be out the $-$shipping cost. The hopper is not working on the machine and I asked Akimono (*** ***) to mail a new working hopper to meThe hopper is a small item that fits in a small boxWhereas the complete machine weighs approxpoundsI did not demand $I received this email from Akimono.com I quote " We will offer a $one time credit. You paid $for the machine originally. You would get it for $after the credit. PLUS I am revising our offer of credit toward a future purchase. Should you chose to do business in the future we can offer you a $CREDIT off any future purchase in addition. We will also send an additional balls to you plus a tray to hold them." "I can arrange to have it picked up and repacked at no expense or obligation to you. If the dollar amount of this credit is not enough, please let me know and I am willing to work with you." I accepted this offer from Akimono.comI waited and waited, but they never came to pick up the machine. Mr*** is wrong, he made no attempt to resolve this matterNot only did he mail a totally different item to me than what I ordered, but the item that he mailed to me doesn't workMr*** is wrong, he is the one that is not willing to work with me to resolve this problem.

We have no further interest in working on this complaint. It has been previously resolved using paypal's terms of service and their resolution center and the client still refuses to proceed with agreed upon terms and resolutions. We have terminated the employee who sent that email as he had no authority to make such an offer to the client and even with that offer he refused at that time to agree to ship back the machine.
