We have no further interest in working on this complaintIt has been previously resolved using paypal's terms of service and their resolution center and the client still refuses to proceed with agreed upon terms and resolutionsWe have terminated the employee who sent that email as he had no authority to make such an offer to the client and even with that offer he refused at that time to agree to ship back the machine
