I have been in contact with Mr*** over the phone and in my officeI have assured Mr*** that Ford Motor Company and Ken Stoepel Ford are working very diligently on a resolution to this situationMr *** has been very patient with us and we appreciate his willing to work with us. In our conversation with Mr*** he expressed his frustration and I told him that when this is all said and done that we would make this right with him and he said that he was agreeableI appreciate that Mr*** is willing to work with us so that we can resolved this issue to his completed satisfaction

This concern was resolved with Ms. [redacted] back in January. The cowl panel was replaced and a free set of wiper blades were installed on her vehicle.Kind Regards,[redacted]

Mr. [redacted] did come in to our service department last October due to a check engine light and engine is was running rough, diagnosis showed internal engine failure and we recommended an engine replacement. Customer had purchased the vehicle and a aftermarket warranty from a another dealer in another...

town is my understanding. However, this not a problem to us as we gladly accept and work with most warranty companies, but we are bound by the limits of the policy that Mr. [redacted] purchased. After a tear down of the engine and two visits from an inspector sent by his warranty company, they approved a engine replacement. However, they did not approve using a Ford re-manufactured engine and wanted to use a more cost effective assy, possibly used or reman engine from another source. We then explained the benefits of using a Ford product over another product (better warranty) and so Mr. [redacted] decided to pay the difference and get the Ford re-manufactured engine assy. Unfortunately on Ford's part we have run in to a series of defective engines and have had to replace four assy in which we sincerely apologize for this situation. I can assure you that from the technical people in Michigan to the top of Ford customer service division in Texas that all are aware of Mr. [redacted] situation and are diligently working on a resolution. Mr [redacted] has been offered a free loaner vehicle the entire time this has been going on and is in a free loaner at this time until a resolution is found.

I am rejecting this response because: I agree with the statement that Ken Stoepel Ford has made, however I do not have any information on what they are going to do. They have assured me that they will make it right but I am not sure what that means. They still have not let me know when my truck will be ready are any other details about what they intend to do. Thank you.
