Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] All I believe that when I hand over some of my belongings to someone to deliver I expect some responsibility, They did a good job on most items but these boxes which were packed by them (list attached) were damagedYes its always very difficult know the truth All I know is customer is always hurt, verbally they say items will be shipped immediately but it reached after monthsits marketed at weeks their are so many things which are not documented, if this is the final answer I have no choice but to acceptAll I can say their is immense dissatisfaction on the marketing people showcase things vs the actual work that's conducted.Yes agreed their are many layers in handling[redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

To whom it may concern:Thank you for your question to verify if you can claim for damages despite declining to insure your cargo and signing a waiver Generally speaking, by signing the waiver form you're confirming you cannot hold the company liable for damages and or loss for any
reasonThe waiver would clearly indicate, that by failure to take all risk coverage on you're cargo, you're not covered, nor can hold the company liableMoreover, this would be indicated on the terms & conditions of the company signed by youAlthough we will need more details to look into the particular claim, generally speaking, this is correct, as this is indicated on your signed waiver formRegardless of who packed what and how it got damaged, all risk marine insurance covers it from door to door, if signed and paid forThere's no way to know when and how it was damaged, as it could of very well been damaged during rough customs inspections, while being inspected, and therefore has no reflection on packing and or who packed what item, hence the importance of insuring the cargo when shipping across oceans We would be very happy to assist you further, please feel free to call us today to provide more details and to sort it out.  All I know is customer is always hurt, verbally they say items will be shipped immediately but it reached after 3 months. its marketed at 8 weeks their are so many things which are not documented, if this is the final answer I have no choice but to accept. All I can say their is immense dissatisfaction on the marketing people showcase things vs the actual work that's conducted.Yes agreed their are many layers in handling.[redacted]
