I got a call to do a roof job the home owner said she wanted a price I gave her a price and she said go a head I told her she had to get a dumpster and material she paid me half of the money up front with a check made out to me mike Hayes I told her after I got it your off she needed to replace the
wood on the house she said she is going to sell it she wanted the valleys replace I replaced the valleys and I got rid of the wood only I gave her all the receipts and she said she would pay for material also so I used the money she paid me up front to get material and just figured she would add material to ending payment after the hole wood deal she didn't trust me she call other people and had other people on the roof fixing stuff that didn't need fixed so she called me at said it was leaking I didn't take pic she said she did the damage was old had water spots and was already dry I told her there is no way that was from me we argued and she told me to get off her property I your off roof and black papered it she wasn't happy the people on the roof stepped in valley and she wanted me to redo it so I did at my expense just to make her happy but it wasn't good enough a few people told me she was shady I gave her the benefit of doubt I fell this job was a set up I'm not a business just trying to make a living has had blowed me up everyday saying her house is being damaged and they had to leave house do to me not true the damage was already done if u need anything else let me no Mike Hayes

I have pictures of him pulling the shingles off the job. I have no materials. I have pictures of the water leaks he caused that are dated. I also have pictures of the demolition servpro has done due to his damage he caused. the roofers who fixed the job did so in 10 hours. they had to fix what he did and did do the job right.  I have two roofers who have seen the damage he has done. noone is responsible for his negligence or incompetence but himself. the reason why I have had two dumpsters at my house since the roof was completed because servpro has to do demolition on my house because of the damage HE did. I txt him about every 4 days or so not every day as he states. I have been staying in a hotel for a month so far because my house is inhabitable. he has not been back to my house and has not talked to me. if you read his last statement you can see he said I threatened him to stay off my property and now he is saying he has been on my property to talk to me. I am not moving. I am not selling my house. he says I am lying but I have professionals to back up my story. my insurance company will go after him for subrogation.
its not my problem he did not make money off the job but he is responsible for the damage which is in the tens of thousands of dollars. they compensation I am asking for is so small to the damage he has caused. yesterday I found out I have mold from the water damage in my bedroom which is not covered by my insurance. that brings the total I believe he should compensate me for to $4923.13.

[redacted] mike hayes did not provide me with ANY receipts and he took all the shingles so I have no material from him. his statement is full of untruths. I did have previous water damage from about 4 years earlier. I was very up front with him about it. but I have had servpro to my house and there is NEW damage to 10 rooms of my house. servpro can tell if the damage is old or new. I have pictures the damage and how he left my roof exposed to the rain. he cut thru the felt paper! I have about 160 pictures plus video of the damage that was done. all I wanted was a new, safe, waterproof roof. how is that shady. I am staying in a hotel for at least a month because servpro has to do demolition and I have to hire a contractor to do drywall work, cabinetry work, etc. I feel my money back plus the $1000 deductible is MORE than fair since he cause THOUSANDS of dollars worth of damage.

I have her all the material receipts and I other people that she hired must of not the job right all the info that I have have to u is true all the damage she showed me was already there I drove bye there to talk to her in person after I read here response to confront her she texts me everyday saying I owe her money and she wants me to pay her deducible everything I done was correct I made no money off the job the money was used to buy material and I have her the receipts there has been six dumpsters at her house she is selling house I was told she is trying to pull a fast one and blame a guy that's is tiring to provide for his family if anyone lost its me she is not telling the truth if u need anything else let me no thank you
