I have not received a new carburetor from the company as of yet. Since the said company who examined my riding mower never told me anything but it was filled with rust inside and they could never clean that out and said it would cost me $plus tax to fix it. I noticed on my receipt that they suggested a replacement for the carburetor that is how I found out. I am appalled at the insinuation that we replaced the carburetor and that is why there was no rustHe can examine it again and see that a new vapor line was replaced and it was blown out because of gunk accumulation around the bolt he said was broken off and wasn't. We have been driving it ever since we took it elsewhere and it was fixed in minutes. Cub Cadet was made aware of the unprofessional conduct and demeaning personality of the repairmen that represent their company. They apologized and said that year did have a problem with the carburetor and they would ship one out to us free of charge for our trouble and inconvenience. We did not ask for nor did not replace any carburetor to get it to run. They are taking advantage of senior citizens because they think we have to believe what they present to us. And to say we asked them to lie is despicable and not acceptable. A refund is warranted
