I just want to apologize to the client for any confusion on this as it seems a misunderstanding. We spoke to the customer about this when he originally received the car. The car was advertised with just 1 black valet key, the Customer Had a PPI done on the vehicle, and at the customer request we had...

Aston M[redacted] get the customer a brand new original crystal key and programming from the dealer. We then took care of everything on the PPI that the customer wanted addressed. The valet key the customer is referring too, had a chip in the plastic, still fully functional, but cosmetically the plastic was chipped. When the customer brought this to our attention, and said the key had a chip on the top and needed a new case and requested we buy from Aston M[redacted], The dealer doesn't sell just the casing, they only sell an entire new key, which we explained to the customer, but first we had the customer verify the key was fully working and functioning correctly, which it was, and then talked about it and we were both going to keep an eye out for a new casing, as it was just a valet key that worked fine and he received a brand new original crystal key. Also, to note, the car was advertised with no books, and the customer asked about getting a set of books, we went ahead and purchased a set of books for the customer at our expense even though it was advertised without and shipped them to him as it was a major concern for the customer and we wanted make sure he was very happy with us and our dealership and enjoyed purchasing a car from us. We failed to follow up with the customer since then. I just checked on [redacted], there are a few keys available. We would like to take care of this matter at our expense. Would the customer like to just purchase it from [redacted] and we can reimburse him, we can purchase the key case and ship to him, or he can send us the key so we can fix it and send it back to him. Those are the 3 easiest ways to resolve this matter. Please just let me know. Thank you

This dealership was great to work with and eliminated all of the BS that you normally get from the big franchise dealers in the valley. They gave me a great price on my trade in and a very good price on my new car. They also came up with creative and cost-efficient solutions to a couple items that appeared in a after purchase inspection of the car. They are great to work with, fast response and very affordable. I have no problem doing business with them again in the future.

I would highly recommend JBA motors if your looking for a wonderful and easy buisness transaction in purchasing your next vehicle. I would like to say that the entire staff from [redacted] the owner to the salesmen to the mechanic and the detail guys are the best in doing buisness with you. Never bought a vehicle site unseen before let alone a Lamborghini Gallardo. Dealt with Jake B[redacted] who is the owner of JBA Motors in Mesa AZ and WOW what a pleasure that was. I have always been skeptical of online purchases but dealing with Jake has been an absolute pleasure. Can't say I would do it again but I did I would only deal with JBA motors as they are a class act group of folks. Got my car in less than two days in a single enclosed trailer. Came just as described. Jake even followed up to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. You have my business JBA Motors!

My best buying experience ever. Jake, the owner of JBA Motors took the time to answer all my questions. He followed up with all details like vehicle documentation, purchase agreement and the transportation. There were no additional fees. When I received the vehicle it was everything that I had hoped for. In summary: A very professional and smooth transaction and an outstanding buying experience.

I had a phenomenal experience with Jake at JBA motors. It was the first time purchasing a car over the Internet. I am sure I peppered Jake with many silly questions. However, he was very prompt and very professional in responding. When I received the car, it was EXACTLY the way it was described. I received a fair price and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. I would & will recommend Jake to anyone looking to purchase an amazing vehicle.

I have bought a few cars from Jake, a 2000 Lexus GS and a 2006 Lexus GS. When I purchased the 2006 GS, he even helped me sell my 2000 GS. Great guy and a great crew over there.

Communication during the deals were always smooth. Jake was honest and 100% clear with any problems that the vehicles had. He showed me reports stating that they were clean and the history of them. He's different than many other car sales businesses. He doesn't pressure you to buy at all, if you like the car, he will try to work with you the best as he can for you to go home in it. If you don't like it, he won't sugar coat it and he won't pressure you to buy anything you're not going to be happy with. When I deal with him, I feel like his mentality is "I won't waste your time or pressure you. If you don't feel comfortable or don't like it, then don't buy it."

Dylan is also very helpful and is a great source of information. He always greets me and remembers me every time that I come. He is always prepared with any documents or anything that I need. Any questions I have he can usually answer, if he cant, he will always get back to me.

Their store is filled with beautiful and luxury cars that you wish that you could own all of them. I have recommended people over to them and they have been just as satisfied as I am.

All I can say is FANTASTIC company all around! We've now bought 2 vehicles from JBA and both times, the experience was great. Jake worked very hard to get us the best deal and kept us updated through the process. Their cars are extremely clean and ready to go. We live in Las Vegas and will continue to use JBA for our future purchases. They deserve 10 stars! Thanks guys!

Jake was super helpful in the whole process of me purchasing a 2013 CLS63! I had a lot of questions about the car, I mean who wouldn't right? Especially buying a car you never seen or was able to test drive. It was super scary for me but like the rest after speaking with him, I felt more confident. The process took a bit longer because I financed through my Credit Union back home in the East Coast so it felt like forever me to even get the car. Not Jake's fault at all, he was super patient! =) I do have say I did ask if there were in rock marks or dings which there was (wear and tear) and he said no other than that it was perfect! I will definitely buy from him again! He really is wonderful!!! Buy from JBA Motors! you will not regret it!

I purchased a G63 Mercedes-Benz from JBA Motors this past April. [redacted] (the owner), [redacted], and [redacted] were beyond helpful every step of the way. They were honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me obtain my dream car! I highly recommend this establishment!

Jake was very easy to work with. The car we purchased was exactly as described, and JBA handled all the paperwork and shipping, so when it was delivered, it was ready to drive and register. I am very happy with my experience.

I recently purchased a vehicle at JBA Motors and felt compelled to write a short review. I have bought many cars over the years and never had a very good experience, it's always stressful and high pressure with salesman crawling all over the place. Not in the least bit enjoyable. The team at JBA is the exception, there was no pressure, no salesman just friendly folks trying to help you out. If you don't want to be helped right away they are happy to let you wander the lot/beautiful showroom in peace. It was literally the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle and that's saying something.

My,JBA MOTOR,LLC Dealing experience was professional, respectful, educational and rewarding. Being I was looking on line at a automobile listing of a automobile located approximately 1500 miles away, I depended on how well the automobile was pictured,discriped and first person contact. Upon me verbally contacting sales person, who understood my concerns. And insured me JBA Motors,LLC was no stranger at making on line sales. And would assist me in all registrations and shipping. Also welling to bartered respectfully. Explained in simple terms just what I needed,to progress twoard finalizing purchase. Sales personal never left me at a dead end by making themselves available by phone,emails,text messages or a second sales person who also new my purchase details. Nevertheless JBA Motors,LLC let me decide my own choices but followed up when my choices were not as I intended,them to be. Even many days after I purchased and received my automobile. Best car buying experience I've had. Will definitely buy from Jake again

Recently Purchased a 2007 Porsche 997TT from Jake. I can't express enough how professional he was from beginning to end. I paid for the car and had it shipped to California. The first day there was problem and I knew I bought the car "as is" but I still called him to report it. He immediately said if I wasn't happy with the car I could return it for a refund. I told him I really liked the car but wondered if he could help me fix the problem. After giving him the proper documentation he took care of it. Please note that the "as is" paper work I signed meant he was not obligated in anyway to help me once I take delivery but he did. He is NOT the typical used car salesmen one might expect. Total stand up person, highly recommended.

This was the best car purchase ever with a dealership out of my state S.C. I have bought several cars on line but this dealer and Jake have their act together. They are so professional, organized, excellent in communications, and honest. Their paperwork is detailed and professional. No hidden facts or prices. I felt VERY SECURE with the wire transfer and shipping which Jake arraigned everything. Shipping was fast and professional. I live in South Carolina and I will purchase again from JBA Motors in Arizona.
