When *** was at our location on June 13, 2015, we did make the mistake of locking the keys inside his vehicle
As unfortunate as it is, this does happen on rare occasion, so our store has a professional door unlock kit
The
Assistant Store Manager used this door unlock kit to gain access to ***'s vehicle
*** called back to the store at a later date and requested that we repair his car, for damage that was done by this incident
The Store Manager and Owner asked Mr*** to bring the vehicle back so we may access any damage
He did not bring the vehicle back and then filed this complaint
I have since been in contact with Mr*** and asked him to let us access any damage to his vehicleAnd if there is any damage, we request estimates for repairs, one from the repair shop of his choice and one the repair shop of our choice
I apologize for any misunderstanding about this incident and want to make it clear that if we did any damage to Mr***'s vehicle, we will pay to have it repaired with a reputable repair shop
