There is really no reason to elaborate [redacted] are thieves, there was a contract and change order for everything that was done We installed the roof to manufacturers specifications and the interior damage was pre-existing We have filed a mechanic's lien on the property and we are in the process of suing the homeowner for the balance that is due They waited until our attorney filed suit to file a complaint with the Revdex.com and it is further proof that the homeowners are basically stealing services In addition these continuous complaints are clear defamation of character and we will be filing suit for that as wellWe tried to have our [redacted] manufacturers representative visit the location to confirm that the roofing system was installed correctly The homeowner would not allow that to happen In addition, the homeowner is claiming that they did not like the way the roof looked, however, [redacted] stated the day before completion, "I don't even want to sell the house now, the roof look so good." The husband also "told us" how he wanted the shingles installed That same person built the house, and in doing so, his inability to roof allowed a very large part of the structure to be completely rotted That is because we have to install shingle based on specifications, not based on how they want them to look We can not be liable for the water damage that would ensue had we tried to "shingle the same way." We had a roof installed by *** *** under a general contractor JBCT The roofing process was done incorrectly based on the agreed upon approachDuring the installation it was recommended by *** *** that the roof be stripped down to allow better estimating on some rot that was identified early onOnce the roof was stripped down it was covered with tarpsThe tarps failed and *** and his workers came onsite saw the damage and fixed the tarps*** agreed to fix the interior damage
When the roof was completed they gave us no indication that it was completed and they moved all equipment offsite while we were at work Upon our inspection it was obvious that the roof was done incorrectlyWe contacted the roofing company and he said he would come back to fix the problemJBCTcalled and accused us of waiting until the end to point this problem out and then said it was the way *** told them to install itHe also refused to fix the damage inside the house saying we stage

Jason B*** (JBCT) and *** *** (* * * ***) continue to feel they can make commitments to customers and then walk away from those commitments with no repercussionsI have ample photos of the damage caused by their improperly installed tarps which caused over $2,worth of interior damage*** *** and his workers showed up to fix the problem in the pouring rain seeing the water leaking in skylights and recessed lighting and apologized profusely to my wife and meThey agreed to fix the ceiling damage and pealing paint to the interior of the houseI have not had the interior fixed to prove this point and have dated photographs and text message chains from *** to support this claim.
The commitment to install the roof shingles as they were originally done was also ignoredTwo of the experienced roofers did a perfect installation on 1/5th of the roof while we were in the areaThe remaining 4/5ths of the roof was installed incorrectlyActually each of the areas in question were all done completely differentThey clearly did not know what they were doingWe have the roof and pictures which clearly show this improper installationThey were supposed to conduct a walk trough of the roofing when complete but did not returnWhen my wife and I discovered the poorly installed and mismatched shingling job after arriving home early in Oct before the sun setWe called *** *** who again apologized on the phone and said he would be back to fix the problem*** did not return our phone calls after thatInstead Jason B*** called and berated my wife on the phone calling us dead beats and staging the water damage to the ceiling foot upHe said the roofing approach was approved by *** and was correctWe agreed to meet with Jason, *** and the *** representativeJason showed up Sunday morning and said he was it and *** and the *** rep could not attendJason then tried to push his way into our house to further intimidate usWe refused to let him enter and he repeatedly threatened usI said I would call the police if he did not leave the propertyHe screamed and yelled at us all the way to his truckWe were very concerned at the irrational and threatening behavior on his partWe checked online to see if he had any run ins with the lawHe did have a felony conviction for aggravated sexual assault and was also arrested for purchasing drugs in a drug stingWe do not want Jason any where near our home of family.

I am not going to quabble with liars and thieves. I never raised my voice to *** ***, I was physically assaulted by the wife and at no point in time ever tried to make entry into the home. The entire conversation last less than one minute and at no point in time did I ever raise my voice. In addition I have never been arrested by aggravated assault. That can be proven. *** *** continue to lie and get caught in their lies, I do not. I also have witnesses that I will bring forth. Please do not reply again, the matter will be handled in court.
