Review: Work was started in April 2013 and never finished. He was supposed to return on Dec. **, 2013 to finish the job and rectify defects in work already performed. He has not returned any of our phone calls. He still has some equipment in my yard.Desired Settlement: replace slab for drainage problems and color variations. Complete other work per the contract.
